Hey guys, disclaimer! I have been getting writers block so this story may end a little early to start an other one. Lets get on with this crappy story!

**************************************************

We sit in a comfortable booth of a small diner. The light hanging above gives a blue tint to Liam's face. His white teeth as now blue and I assume mine are too.

"What do you like about this place?" I ask placing my chin on my hand.

"It's... peaceful." He says smiling.

I smile back, "What about it makes it seem that way?" I ask.

I'm so curious on his perspectives on places and people. He leans forward on the table staring at me. "I like the people, the stories I hear." He tells me.

I nod at his words, closely listening to what he's telling me. "What's a crazy story you've heard?" I ask.

"I don't know... umm..." He thinks before going on, "I heard a girl talking about her brother taking her boyfriend behind her back."

I giggle with a shocked look as he nods. Our knees bump under the table and we begin to play like little kids. We keep laughing until the waitress walks over with our food. We sit awkwardly until she leaves, I take a fry and dip it in my milkshake. He sits there watching me as I eat it.

"What?" I ask.

"What's with that?" He asks.

"You've never dipped your fry in your shake?" I ask.

"No." He says smiling.

I'm so confused as to how he's american but hasn't done this. I take a fry out of my basket and dip it again before handing it to him.

 "Here." I say.

He takes it before taking a bite, I watch as he smiles and chews. He nods while staying silent and watches my eyes.

"So?" I ask.

"It's good." He says.

"What do you mean, good?" I ask getting offended.

He shrugs and takes an other, I watch as he keeps taking fries while chuckling.

Eventually we finish and sit in silence before it gets weird.

"Ready?" I ask.

He nods but we're interrupted by the waitress. She hands him a piece of paper and walks away, I watch as he unfolds it. He rolls his eyes and rips it up into pieces, I glare at him in confusion.

"What's that?" I ask.

"Nothing." He says shoving the pieces into a wrapper.

I tilt my head and watch as he stands, "I'm going to go the bathroom, then we can go."

I nod and he walks past me and down a hall. The wrapper taunts me in my head until I reach over and unroll it. There were numbers written on the pieces of paper by a pen and a little smiley face drawing. I quickly roll it back up and place it back where it was.

"Okay." He says walking toward the door.

I quickly walk up beside him and the waitress looks at us. He takes my hand, I don't resist while he pushes the door open. I couldn't help but smirk as his fingers wrap around mine.

"Where do you want to go?" He asks letting go of my hand.

"I don't know, how about the mall." I say.

"Okay." He says and starts up the car.

We pull up to the big building and get out. He opens the door for me and we walks in, the air smells like sweets and food.

"Mmmm." He groans, "Want to get something for later?"

"Sure." I say.

We walk over to some food stands and begin to order. He puts the food in the car and I wait on the sidewalk for him to walk back over. I walk into the Jewelry store to look at things for Madi's birthday. Liam stays behind me scanning over some things and I begin to get bored with looking.

"Let's go over there." He says pointing at a clothing store.

We walk over but confusion flushes through my mind. I didn't want to be in here but I stayed.

"I'm going to go to the bathroom." He says and walks out the door.

I stand there and briefly look at some hoodies. He comes back a half hour later sighing.

"Sorry I jus-"

"It's okay." I say smiling.

He smirks while looking around the store, "How about we go get tattoos?" I ask.

"What?, not you." He says.

"What? why?" I ask, "You can't tell me what to do."

"I'll let you choose mine as long as you don't get one." He tells me.

I roll my eyes while thinking about the choices, I do really want one but the other option sounds good. I nod my head hoping not to regret it, he smiles a childish smile and takes my hand. When we walk into the box buzzing fills the room. He leads my to the back where a man with a beard stands and smiles. He looks back at me and sits in the black leather chair.

"She's picking it." He says.

The man looks at me with a chuckle, "Okay, give me something for your boyfriend." He says.

I look at him worried, "Oh, no-"

"Just look up a picture." The man says.

I hear Liam sigh and move around uncomfortably. I go through pictures of ideas I might have until stopping on one of a cursive L. The man chuckles before printing out a temple and placing it on his shoulder blade. Liam furrows his eyebrows at me while taking a deep breath.

"It's not going to be bad." I say sitting in front of him.

"I hope not." He says.

I look at his other tattoos for what feels like the seven hundredth time. He takes my hand when the gun begins to buzz. Eventually the man wipes at his shoulder blade and gives me a thumbs up. Liam stands and walks toward the mirror and turns to look at his newly made art. I bite my nails as he examines the tattoo.

"I love it." He says smiling.

"Really?" I ask walking toward him.

"Yeah, as long as you don't have one." He says.

I think about his words before turning on my heel to walk toward his chair.

"Not yet anyway." He says.

I can hear his smile before his words as he walks up behind me and slips on his shirt. He slips on his jacket and takes my hand for the third time today. I grip his hand tightly as we walk out the main doors of the mall and out to the car.

When we pull up to his house I stay quiet and still.

"You okay?" He asks.

"More than okay, thank you." I say smiling.

"Yeah, it was fun." He says.

His phone buzzes and he pull it up to his face. His thumbs tap against the screen before he puts it back down.

"Who's that?" I ask.

"Umm..." He stutters.

"My ex?" I ask quietly.

He nods while frowning, "He wants to come over."

I shrug, "It's your house." I say.

"It's yours too." He says.

I sigh before reaching for the handle, He reaches across me and opens the door. I giggle at his actions before jumping out. His mom is cooking in the kitchen, I can see her through the window. Liam walks up behind me and takes my hand, I turn the door knob to the door and walk in ahead of him. His mom smiles and waves at us eyeing our hands. I let go and walk up the stairs and into my bedroom. Plopping on my bed I close my eyes and lay in silence.
