"Leah" My mom begins to get blurry.

My eyes pop open and I see Liam looking over me. His hands rest on my shoulders and My sweat running down my forehead. I look at his worried face, I hug him tight. I close my eyes tightly, I hated those dreams.

I pull away, "I'm sorry." I say quietly.

He frowns, "No, I just heard you scream and I got worried." He says.

I didn't know what to think, I didn't want him knowing about this. I was supposed to get old enough and move out. I would break up with Noah and head to a different state. Liam is making it all go wrong.

"What... what are they about?" He asks.

"I... my dad dying." I don't waist time. There's no point stalling.

"Oh." He sighs, "How much do you have them?"

"Every now and then." I say, "Can I have some water?"

He rushes out the room and comes back with a glass of water. I drink it down quickly and set it on the night stand.

"If you want I can give you your room back." I say.

"No," He says, "Just relax."

I steady myself on my hands and stare at him, "Thank you." I say.

"For what?" He smiles.

"I can't stay with my mom." I say frowning.

"I get it." He says.

I can't believe I'm really saying this, "No... my mom kicked me out." I say avoiding eye contact.

"What?" He asks. I place my head in my hands.

"Stay here." He says, "You only have a year until you're eighteen."

"I couldn't do that to you." I say examining his nice hair.

He sighs, "My mom, she likes you." He says.

I smile at his words, "They wouldn't mind." He says, "I sure wouldn't either."

I giggle and hug him tight, "Okay, only for now." I say.

He nods and wraps his arms around my back. My stomach begins to hurt and I pull away from him quickly. I stand and rush to his bathroom releasing my stomach into the toilet. He stands behind me and holds my hair back. A few minutes go by of the repeated action.

"I think I'm good." I say, voice gone.

He stands and I follow slowly. I splash cold water on my face and then dry it.

"I'm so sorry." I say. I feel guilty taking his room. Not to mention puking in his bathroom.

"Just go get in bed." He says, "Stop saying sorry."

I climb in and turn off the lamp, he walks around the bed and gets in next to me. I close my eyes and lay my head on his chest while wrapping my arms around his torso. He smells good, I know I don't. I giggle at the thought and he looks at me.

"Something funny?" He asks.

"No." I lie smiling.

Eventually we both fall asleep in the dark.

I wake up in pitch black, I sit up and slowly move from Liam. When I sit against the head board Liam moves around groaning.

"What're you doing?" He asks quietly.

"Nothing, just woke up." I say equally as quiet.

"Oh, why do you like to sleep in the dark?" He asks me.

I wait a minute in silence before speaking, "It's peaceful." I whisper.

He pulls my legs down making me lay next to him. I giggle and wrap my arms around his torso and my legs over his.

"This is nice." He says.

I lean into his face and kiss him softly before placing my head on his chest.

"It could be nicer." I say.

He take his head off mine, "what?"

I smile when he does so, "We could have some snacks and be watching Netflix." I say giggling.

"Okay." He rolls and turns on the TV.

I pinch the bridge of my nose, "You didn't-"

"I'll get the snacks!" He hops up and crawls over me.

A few minutes later he comes back with a bull of popcorn and two candy bars. I laugh when trips over his foot but saves the popcorn. I get on the ground and take the popcorn.

"I see how it is!" He teases.

I watch as he gets up and crawls back onto the bed.

"Did you already clean up?" I ask.

"Yeah." He says taking some popcorn.

He clicks through the shows and movies until stopping on 'up.' Half way through he falls asleep and I turn off the TV. When I stand I carefully take the popcorn and walk downstairs to the kitchen. I put the popcorn in a bag I hear the front door open, I look out and it's his Mom. She looks at me and puts her hand on her hip.

"Hi." I say innocently.

"Hi Leah." She says putting her key on the nightstand.

I wait for her to yell or something but she stays calm. "What're you doing here?" She asks.

I'm certainly not going to tell her I was too drunk to go home. "I... we had a sleep over."

What am I? five? She stares at me with a smile, "Be safe." She says and walks into her room.

I let out a breath I didn't realize I was holding. I walk up stairs and into his room, he sits up while I close the door.

"What's up?" He asks.

"Nothing, just your mom?" I say.

"Yeah, is that a question?" He asks.

"Well I wasn't sure if-"

"She is." He says.

I sit next to him and cover up.

"what were you doing anyway?" He asks.

"Just putting the popcorn away." I say.

He nods and slides down, and I follow. I roll to face away from him and close my eyes.

I wake up to the sun shining in my face and Liam slamming drawers around. I sit up and watch him take his shirt off and slide one back over his head.

"Oh, hey." He says turning around.

"Hi." I say feeling embarrassed.

"I'm getting dressed." He says.

"Oh, okay." I say.

I get up and slip my shoes on, "Could you drop me off at my house?" I ask.

"Yeah, right now?" He asks.

"If that's okay." I say.

He nods and opens the door, I walk out and he follows. I wait by the car door.

"Okay." He says sighing.

When we pull up to my drive way I see my mom's car. My head begins to hurt, what's she going to say? I unbuckle and walk up to the door.

"Hey, do you want me to come in?" He asks.

He knows my mom is here. I smile and open the door, "Come on!" I tease.

He runs after me before I stop and stare at my mother. She stares with her eye wide on me and my outfit. Eventually they travel over to Liam who is standing behind me. I take his hand and pull him up the stairs into my room.
