Andrea drove Normani and Ally to the airport. They had their family Christmas party the night before with their families and had a good time. Normani last minute packed after the party because Normani had waved Ally off when the blonde told her she should do it before the party like Ally did. When they got home Normani was upset that she hadn't listened to Ally because Ally went straight to bed after a shower, whereas Normani was stuck with packing.

Andrea pulled up to their airline and put the car in park. All three got out and retrieved their luggage from the trunk.

"Thanks for driving mom," Normani hugged her mother.

"Of course," Andrea smiled, hugging Ally after letting go of Normani. "have fun girls," Andrea said.

"Will do," Ally nodded with a grin.

"Take lots of pictures!" Andrea waved at them one last time before they disappeared around the corner.

Dinah and Lauren met them at the check in kiosks a few minutes later. Dinah looked like she'd just woken up with her slightly messy hair and dull look on her face.

"Good morning," Normani teased with a light laugh.

"Morning," Dinah grumbled as she held onto her stuffed simba. Lauren made her the deal that Dinah could bring the plush with them if Dinah would get out of bed and get ready. Lauren found it silly and cute, but it was what got the girl up. 

After checking in and making it through TSA with no problems, the girls made their way over to the gate.

"I'm going to get Starbucks, does anyone want?" Normani asked, eyeing out the stand across the way.

"I'll come with, D want anything?" Lauren turned to Dinah, who had her stuffed animal on her shoulder as her eyes closed. Dinah shook her head and buried herself deeper into the plush. Lauren chuckled and shook her head, her girlfriend was definitely not a morning person.

"Als?" Normani looked at Ally, who yawned and held the stuffed otter close to her cheek. Ally brought the otter Normani had won her back at Galveston and it made Normani's heart swell.

"Can I have a double chocolate chip please?" Ally mumbled.

"Of course, we'll be back," Normani and Lauren walked away from the two girls.

Dinah and Lauren sat behind Normani and Ally on the plane. Ally and Lauren sat by the windows with Dinah and Normani in the aisle.

Ally pulled the middle arm rest up and immediately leaned into Normani. Normani smiled and wrapped an arm around Ally.

"We're going to Disney," Ally said softly, the otter close to her chest.

"Yeah baby, Disney," Normani said. Ally was so adorable and soft.

"G'night," Ally mumbled, her hand finding Normani's shirt and balling the fabric into her hand.

"Goodnight," Normani murmured, placing a kiss on Ally's head as the plane began to move. Normani had fallen asleep shortly after Ally.

Ally whimpered, scooting herself impossibly closer to Normani. It was somewhere in the middle of the flight and the turbulence had gotten bad. Ally wasn't the fondest of turbulence, in fact it truly scared the blonde.

Ally's fist tightened around Normani's shirt and she dug her head into Normani's neck as the plane shook again. Normani's eyebrows furrowed, she opened her eyes after rubbing them. Normani looked to her side to find Ally curled into a ball with Normani's shirt in hand.

"Hey what's wrong?" Normani frowned, rubbing the girl's arm as the plane shook and dropped a little. Ally whimpered into Normani's neck again. "Turbulence?" Normani asked softly. Ally nodded. Normani sighed quietly and wrapped her arms around Ally protectively. She looked behind them to see Lauren and Dinah still sleeping peacefully, their heads together and mouths slightly ajar. She chuckled and turned back to the frightened girl.
