That night, I slept so nicely. I am sure it was from all the excitement from the day with Jungkook.

When I woke up, he wasn't home as he said. I saw that he left me breakfast in his kitchen. He actually made a lot of pancakes and left me a note.

'Went to work. Eat then leave.'

That sounds like Jungkook. I start eating the breakfast he made and was happily sitting with a full belly.

I text Lucas to bring a car over. Minutes later a car arrives and I take my sweets and teddy bear into the car. I lock the house and head to the police station. I tell the driver to go back to the hotel and text Lucas about my stuff that I want in my home.

I head inside the police station as casual as the next person. I sneak past the overall receptionists. I walk in the direction of Jungkook's office. I sneak past his receptionist as I don't want a run in with her. She is the most annoying person I have ever met with her fake high pitched voice and painted face that can't even move from all the work done. Her personality sucks and I'm sure that's not the only thing that does. I really don't need to run a background check on her as she is as simple as they get.

I walk into his office without making a noise. He is currently looking at his board with an investigation he is busy with all the pieces.

"You know" I start, he gets a big fright. I smile widely at his reaction. He places his hand on his heart as he sighs out.

"I hate you" he sneers.
"Get in line, anyway, fire that hoe of a receptionist" I tell him straightforwardly.

"Not without reason" he slowly replies.
"So, you already tried" I say.
"How did you know?"

"The tone in your voice. Anyway, thanks for letting me spend the night and the pancakes were delicious. Here are your keys" I say as I show him and put it on his desk.

"No problem, I'm glad you liked it" he says as he turns away and eyes his board. I take a look at his board.

"Hey, I know that guy, and this one...and this one" I say as I point to their pictures.
"They're suspects in a murder" he says still eyeing his board, hand on chin, thinking.

"I can help" I say excitedly.
"No way" he says quickly.
"Come on, I already know who did it" I say as I got a full examination from the board. I think I might've been there...

Either that or this case has been done before.

"No, now get out" he says.
"You are no fun" I say as I stick out my tongue. I grab my things and just as I was about to leave I tell him; "It was the baker."

I leave and he quickly runs out of his office to catch me but I am already gone by the time he gets to the door.
"How!" I hear him scream.

I walk through the mall to get back home but I see that cute jacket again. I go in the store and pretend to look around for clothes. I spot all the security cameras and the new security measures they put in place the last time I stole from them.

Let's just say that last time it wasn't a measly jacket.

I take the jacket off the hanger. I easily take off the security tag and slip it into a women's shopping bag without anyone noticing. I make sure the jacket is beneath all the clothing she bought.

She hands over her long receipt of things she bought to the security guard at the front. As expected, he only checks the top few things and checks off the rest. She leaves the store and I leave as well.

I take out my jacket from her shopping bag at an angle that the security cameras can't even see that there's a person. As for the people around us, they don't notice a thing.

I pretend to take off the jacket while walking and stuff it down my handbag as I exit the mall. It is too easy. I walk back home with my brand new jacket.

"Yo" I tell Lucas as I pass by him. He just nods. I head to the elevator and yank out my phone once the doors closed. It seems like I'm popular.
