I quietly enter the room with all my equipment. I had the perfect little gadget for this mission. I'm not an idiot. I know the paintings are hundreds-even thousands of years old. I have to treat the pieces with extreme care and caution.
This little trinket was developed by the same company Namjoon works for. It's a brilliant invention for a stupid idea.
This little ball opens up to a metallic bar that should be used to hang clothes. A quick wardrobe change for the desperate celebrities in need. It captures the particles in the space of the clothing and everything that goes with it. It then folds into an extremely small size into a metallic ball and unfolds once you open it again. It returns to the original state as if it was never compressed. It is fantastic technology used for the wrong reasons-not that my use of the device is any better.
I usually don't like to rely on technology for a mission. I don't know why but I don't trust technology. It's much too open for my liking if that makes any sense.
Someone will notice when the Mona Lisa isn't sitting on the walls but I have the fakes ready. But I have to be extremely cautious. This isn't like stealing candy...
I mean, sort of, really expensive candy-that is.
I was already inside the Louvre. My plan worked perfectly. Everything was smooth sailing. I already have my picks. My last target was the Mona Lisa.
She was just waiting for me.
With the help of modern technology, the Mona Lisa has a very sensitive alarm which sets off with even the slightest of movements, along with a lot of other security annoyances. But that's just what it is-annoying. Not all that challenging-well-not for me at least.
But the alarm is unavoidable. I just have to get out fast. I know people will come running, including those bozos at the door.
I claim my prize with a quick swipe and replace it with the fake. A very realistic looking fake. As expected, the alarms went the moment the painting moved.
The guards burst through the doors, waving their flashlights frantically at the painting to see the fake. They look confused as they start looking around. I was already executing my escape while the whole building went into a frenzy.
Watch now-next morning's news will be about the false alarm in the Louvre. The French love their art after all-even if it isn't even French art.
I got into my car, far enough from the crime scene, and drove off to reach the sanctuary of my home. I just hope no one is awake.
Luckily, I had nothing to worry about as I safely get to the room with my equipment. I take out the stolen paintings and start taking a closer look at each painting.
Very old art. It looks like the paint might crumble off by the slightest mishandling.
I swing open the huge portrait which sits in front of a huge safe. I've got the security really checked out on this thing. I enter the small room full of stolen things. I hang the paintings on the walls. Now it really looks full in here...
I exit the vault and shut it again. I yawn and stretch a little. The sun was already starting to peek through the windows. I guess I should at least take a power nap before the others wake up, including Jungkook...
I sneak back into my room without making a sound. I'm pleased to see that no one was out of bed. The next morning, I was awoken with a rude awakening. This time it was Jimin, Hoseok and V jumping in my bed.
I opened my eyes real quick when they started, but immediately shut them when I saw it was just the three bastards.
"Give us a tour" Hoseok cheered.
"I don't live here. I'm not qualified to give a tour" I say as I stubbornly stay in bed. What time is it even...
