taehyung woke up out of his slumber with an urge to pee, as he was about to move he noticed something heavy and breathing on his chest. elliana was snuggled up to him as close as possible as she laid her head on his chest, after the whole situation they went back to taehyung's place so they could sleep, and she hasn't let go of him ever since.

"i said thank you," ellie raises herself so she's face to face to taehyung while they're on their sides, she puts her hand on his left cheek and caresses it before giving him a peck, "for protecting me and always making sure i'm safe."

"you don't have to thank me for doing something i'll have no problem doing."

"i know but i'm still very grateful to have you," ellie says with a small smile and taehyung smiles back, and the couple stares at each other which feels like hours, just admiring each other

"what?" taehyung says with wide eyed and ellie chuckles before pecking his lips once more, "i love you very much."

"yes i mean it tae, i thought i loved jordan but i realized that he never loved and i never loved him, and to be honest i never knew what love was until i met you. you've cared about me from the beginning and although we've had fights you never gave up on us...on me," ellie feels as if she's at peace, jordan is finally out of her life and she's finally had the chance to tell the love of her life that she loves him, all is well

"i love you too," the couple laughs at each other before leaning in for a kiss, when their lips collide ellie finds herself throwing her leg over taehyung's side and getting closer while holding his cheek
