taehyung looks at the man in front of him with a strange look on his face, "um yeah, is ellie here?"

"why?" the man asks, still with an attitude

"i picked up her-"

"taehyung?" ellie comes from behind the man and taehyung could sense that something was wrong yet again. she was hugging herself to tight and her eyes were slightly red

so this is the man who hurt you, huh?

"where's ollie?" ellie asks while pushing the mystery man out of the way

"he's in the car. you okay ellie?"

"i'm-"

"nigga don't worry about it, go get the kid then leave," the man says

"cute, didn't know you spoke for ellie," taehyung says, defending himself

"the fuck did you say to me?" the man gets all up into taehyung's face trying to intimidate him, it doesn't work not one bit

"you heard me," taehyung calmly says

"jordan quit-"

"shut up ellie! won't nobody talkin to your ass," jordan shouts

"hey! don't talk to her like that!" ellie tries to get in between the two men but jordan pushes her out of the way and tries to swing at taehyung, but he quickly dodges it and swings back at him

"tae!" tears come to ellie eyes as she watches the two men brawl, she then runs up to taehyung and puts her hand on his chest

"let's just go..." her voice is soft and weak, "please tae i just wanna go."

"okay..okay come on," taehyung looks down at jordan on the ground, he has a busted lip and a little bit of blood is coming out of his nose

"we're done jordan, seriously this time. now please leave me alone," ellie spits out before grabbing taehyung's hand and walks out of the house

"hey wait ellie," taehyung stops walking to look at the girl, "are you okay?"

ellie looks up into taehyung's eyes for the first time today and she breaks, tears immediately start falling down her eyes as he pulls her into a tight hug
