Chapter11: Pigs

"Are you sure about this?" i asked. Hesitant to ride the pig.

"There's no thrill if we're not going to ride that." he said. My lips twisted in disapproval.

"But you can just manipulate the air. Let's just fly!" I'm really frustrated and a little bit scared. Riding a winged pig wasn't my thing!

"Are you scared?" he smiled playfully. Nangangasar ba siya? Hindi naman ako takot! Ako matatakot? No way!

"O-ofcourse not! Why would i? It's just a pig." i rolled my eyes then laughed sarcastically.

"Then ride. It's safe, trust me." he said trying to stiffle a laugh.

"I trust you but not the pig you simp." i replied while eyeing him. He laughed then beamed.

"Come on! If you want, let's just go hom--" bago niya pa matapos ang sasabihin niya'y pinutol ko na siya. Hindi pwedeng hindi matuloy ang paghahanap namin sa mama ko ng dahil lang sa lintik na kaartehan kong ito.

"Fine." i rolled my eyes.

Tuluyan na akong sumakay sa weirdong baboy na ito. Impit akong napasigaw ng nagsimula na itong pumagas-pas. Unti-unti na kaming lumilipad sa himpapawid. Narinig ko naman ang tawa ni Thalia at Teagan mula sa likod. Magkakasama sila nina Massimo sa iisang baboy. Unfair!

It's sad that we left rori with siofra. Well i can't do anything about it, kasi mahihirapan kaming maka kilos kung may kasa-kasama akong aso. Nangako naman saakin si Siofra na aalagaan niya ng mabuti si Rori kaya mangiyak ngiyak akong umalis kanina. Naaawa din ako kay Rori kasi humabol pa siya kanina. I already miss him.

"Don't be afraid missy." the pig said. My eyes widened. Fudge! The pig can speak! Ugh. I rolled my eyes. This is a magical world by the way, bakit pa ba ako nagtataka. Baka minsan makakita nalang ako ng gumagapang na manok at tumitilaok na aso. We didn't know. I shrugged.

"Are you expecting me to relax here? You're a freaking pig! Paano kung bumagsak tayo ng dahil sa katabaan mo?!" i screamed. I heard the pig snorted a laugh.

"You're too harsh missy, i can give you a safe ride if you stop saying mean things. Did you forget that this is a magical world? Everything that seems so impossible is possible if you're in here. And why am i tellin' you this? It's not like you're from an another world!" he snorted again then started to laugh. 'Oink! Oink! Oink!' What a weird laugh.

I started imagining myself laughing like a pig. Disgusting! I laughed when i imagined Massimo, bagay na bagay. I covered my mouth with my other hand when i suddenly snorted. I heard Mr. Piggy chuckled, i sniggered then rolled my eyes secretly.

"I didn't mean to be harsh a while ago, sorry Mr. Piggy and by the way you have a pretty wings!"

"Thank you for the compliment missy. But may i ask what is the perfume?"

"U-uh...i don't wear perfume."

"Really? So your scent was natural? That's incredible! You have a strong scent of a flower, missy."

"Thanks." i awkwardly chuckled.  

Namangha ako sa ganda ng paligid! I enjoyed the pretty birds and let me tell you this, they're not just an ordinary birds! It's like they're hybrids. May iba namang familiar but i guess extinct na sila sa mundo ng mga normal na tao.

Nadaanan namin ang kulay pink na bundok. Tanaw na tanaw ko ang mga puno mula sa itaas, parang cherry blossom's lang! Napakaganda. But my brows turned into a frown when we landed on a very dark forest. Kabaligtaran ng naunang kagubatang sobrang makulay. Patay ang mga puno dito at wala ng dahon. Wala akong makitang paru-paro o kahit isang bulak-lak.
