"Hazel you been in bed for months now. I think it's time for you to go to school." My mom said in her Jamaican accent. There's no way in hell I'm going to school. She pulled the covers from me.
"Mom, why you did that for??? fuck." I said underneath my breathe. Then pulling the covers back on me. "Hazel we're not playing this game today! Its time for you to let go and move on! you hear me girl?"
"DO YOU HEAR ME?!" She yelled as if I was deaf. I stood up to get a better look at her. "Mom you don't know what the hell it felt like! I-don't-want-to-go-to-school! AND THAT'S FINAL. shit." I remarked. "I'm sick and tired of your mess! Where the hell do you go off talking to be as if you're my Mother. For the past few months you haven't been yourself. I can't stand seeing you right now. I've done everything I can for your ass, and this is how you treat me? That's it. I'm calling your Father you're moving your sorry ass with him!"
"Mom, please I'm-" she interruped. "Not another word. I'm done" she closed my room door behind her.
