18|Ohh Baby

Hershil ran up the stairs just as the words left my mouth. Daryl followed shortly behind him. A look of fear crossed over his face and he knew what was happening. He yelled for Glenn rush up the stairs not saying a word to anyone and went straight for Maggie. He held her hand and told her it would be alright then she whispered something into his ear.
"She wants you to stay Cam. Says she wants you to help her." Glenn said worriedly.
I nodded and took a seat next to Maggie and grabbed her hand. Hershil had already started to deliver the baby. Her water had broken when She had a contraction earlier. We were 20 mins in and the baby was coming strong. I was sitting next to Maggie holding her hand when Hershil yelled that the baby was crowning. With one big push and a VERY loud scream the baby's head was out and Hershil was pulling the rest of the baby. Maggie relaxed a little and I figured the baby was out. But I didn't hear a cry. It was silent. A blood curdling scream sounded through the room and I knew the baby was alive. I looked at Maggie and a tear rolled down her face.
"Congratulations Mags! You did it and"
"It's a girl." Hershil said.
"She's beautiful!" I said looking at Maggie. She Smiled weakly and looked at Glenn. He was a giant pile of emotions. He was holding his baby girl in his arms and a look of protection crossed them.
"Noelle.... Her name is Noelle." Maggie said looking at me then back at Glenn.
