I go for an hour jog everyday, on the same exact route. But this time... this time felt strange, different.
I'm jogging along the river like I usually do but there's a massive crowd huddling around and talking about a some sort of flower. I slowly walk over to the flock of people.
"Whats going on?" I ask an old lady who's bent over studying a weed.
"Oh... young lady everyone thought this plant was here was extinct, but here it is about to flower... its been 200 years." The old lady replies her voice a bit shaky.
"Oh really... I thought this was some sort of weed i run past it every day on my run." Thats when the plants flower begins to bloom. Big sunset coloured petals open, it then turns to face the old lady and sprays some yellow liquid all over her. The lady looks overly joyed as her skin is no longer wrinkled, her hair no longer grey, but honey brown.
"I'm young now I'm the chosen one." She shouts.
