Day 26: A Lake In The Woods

"Where are you taking me?" Nick asks as I hold onto his wrist and dragging him up a mountain.
It's a secret, you wont know till we get there," I say shaking my head trying to run to get to the to quicker.
"Thats no fun if i don't know where we are going."
"Shh just in joy the view of the trees." He has know idea where we're going this is great.
"Your keeping something from me?"
"No we are just climbing up a mountain and I'm not telling you where we are going to end up, I'm not keeping anything from you,"

"Ok we're nearly there, close your eyes," I say sarcastically dragging him towards a little opening in the trees. "Now no peeking, just stand there don't move." I lay out the blanket and set out the food from the picnic basket. "Ok, ready, one, two, three, open," Nick opens his eyes and is completely surprised to be standing in the next to a beautiful lake surrounded by wood land. "do you like."
"Like, no, I love, this is perfect," he says pressing his gentle lips onto mine.
