Semblance: Time Warp Semblance Info: He can slow down time of anything around his body for brief amounts of time, but no longer than 1 minute. Any longer, and he'll pass out when time goes back to normal.
Personality: At first, he's cautious and shy.
But as he gets comfortable being around others, he'll become more cheerful, confident, and nice.
