*Base night time*
Ollie was doing the salmon ladder and other workout activities. I was punching the punching bag. Memories of when the other archer was going after us flood my mind as I workout, which made me more motivated. Around an hour of this I stop and I grab my bow. I get some arrows and I grab some tennis balls and I throw the tennis balls, I quickly shoot the balls and they stick to the wall. Diggle then appears. Ollie was punching the punching bag.
"How you guys doing? Rehab going good?" Diggle asks.
"I wish." I mutter to myself putting my bow away.
"Any news on Walter?" Ollie asks. Walter has been missing.
"My contact start the bureau struck out." Diggle says. "Same with my guy at Interpol. They're both saying the same thing. "
"Either Walter doesn't wanna do found or he has been abducted." I say going towards the computers.
"It's been six weeks, Maya. No contact from kidnappers, no ransom demand, no proof of life." Diggle says.
"I can't think like that." I say quickly.
"I hate to sound-" Diggle starts.
"Dig, we All know he's more than likely dead." Ollie says and I close my eyes and put my head down.
"What do you guys wanna do?" Diggle asks.
"I don't know." Ollie says.
"Even our contacts in the Bratva can't dig up a lead." I say with a sigh.
"I wasn't talking about Walter." Diggle says and I look up at him with a death glare. "Back at fighting weight, looks like. Last I checked there were a more than a few names to cross off in this book."
"Those people aren't going anywhere." Ollie says.
"With Walter missing, our family needs us right now." I say and Ollie hums in agreement.
*Queen's house*
"Maya you have to accept that Walter may be-" Ollie starts.
"Say another word and I'll cut your tongue off." I say clearly not wanting to talk about that option.
"I'm just saying M." Ollie says as we pass mom and Walter's room. I see mom looking at a picture. Most likely a picture of Walter and her. We stop at the doorframe.
"Mom." Ollie and I say in unison. "Hey."
"Hey." Mom says turning around to look at us.
"We stopped by the Big Belly Burger. Thought maybe you, Thea, Maya, and I could have some takeout." Ollie says.
"Watch a DVD." I say.
"Thank you, sweethearts, I'm not very hungry." Mom says.
Ollie and I nod, "If you change your mind..." Ollie trails off. Mom nods. We both leave her alone and go downstairs to eat with Thea.
We set up the food and Thea, Ollie, and I are on the couch. Ollie is picking out the movie. "I've seen the movie before." Thea says as Ollie picks out a movie.
"Cut me some slack, I've been gone for awhile and apparently I missed the cinematic genius that is 'Zach...Galifianakis." Ollie says.
"You pronounced it wrong." I say and Ollie gives me a 'shut up' look.
"I mean, with mom, when you two and dad disappeared she spend more and more time at home. Eventually, stopped going out altogether." Thea says.
