6 || Their Favourite Fruit

~Steve~

Strawberries. They're a classic fruit. Sweet and perfect in smoothies, sweets, cakes and by themselves.

~Tony~

Mandarins. They're messy and spritz everywhere if they're ripe enough, and he loves how annoyed you get at his sticky hands.

~Natasha~

Blueberries. They require 0 prep and you can just pop em in your mouth whenever you want. No muss, no fuss.

~Clint~

Grapes. But only the seedless ones. You guys toss them at each other all the time to catch in your mouth. You've made a game of how far away the other can catch it from. The record so far is 15 feet.

~Thor~

Pineapple. It feels tropical. With all the realms he's explored, his favourite is the Midgard beaches, and he loves the fruit even more.

~Bruce~

Coconut. More specifically, dried coconut chips - the healthy snack alternative to potato chips.

~Sam~

Pomegranates. You guys make a whole day of it. Just sitting at the kitchen counter, passing the pomegranate between the two of you, picking a few seeds out before handing it to the other.

~Bucky~

Plums. He could fill a  bag just full of plums if he could. You humour him, but don't 100% understand the obsession.

~Loki~

Dragonfruit. It's hard to find in some stores and you remember him telling you it reminds him of a native fruit back home. He always looks a little happier when you come home from shopping with that special fruit in your bag.

~Pietro~

Cherries. He impressed you the first time you ate them together when he tied a know with one of the stems in his mouth. You knew his tongue could do wonders but even that surprised you.

~Wanda~

Raspberries. They're sweet and she loves the rosy colour of them.

~T'Challa~

Figs. His favourite thing to do is prepare them for the two of you. He likes to feed you little slices of it when you have a moment for just yourselves.

~Peter P~

Lemons. He'll bite directly into a lemon in front of you. Just because he knows how much it fucks you up when he does. It takes all his willpower to keep a straight face, and 80% of the time, he succeeds.

~Peter Q~

Lychees. The first time he saw one he laughed. Literally laughed at how stupid it looked. And he used some pretty vulgar language to desribe it too. As a joke, you bought him a whole pack of them, and in two days they were all gone. Now, every time he comes to visit you on Earth, you already have a pack for him prepared.

~Stephen~

Rhubarb. He'll never eat it raw, but he loves strawberry rhubarb pie. Sometimes you'll bake it for him, sometimes you'll buy it. He always tells you he likes your home-baked pie better,  and it never fails to bring a smile to your face.
