The weekend came but there was no rest for the wicked, with more work to be done on the music.   All of those who sang in the movie had to go to London to work in the studio. The production paid for a minibus for those who wanted to go together, and Camila chose to join the cast but Shawn decided to take the Range Rover instead. It was more comfortable for a tall guy than being squished into the minibus, plus Camila would be there as well and that would be another level of torture. He finished filming early on Friday so he drove straight down, and managed to get tickets to a Queen concert for that night. There were two tickets, and he would loved to have invited Camila but she was set on traveling in the bus the next morning, so he decided to go stag. He went backstage afterwards and had a wild time jamming with Adam and the band, he had missed performing and he enjoyed the vibe of being in the audience as well. He had a leisurely start the next day, getting in a gym session and breakfast before the minibus arrived. One of the guys laughed when he asked him how it had been, saying it was amazing anyone had any voice left for the studio, Camila especially.

It was a busy day, he enjoyed the song he had with his men-at-arms, and the sad one with his father, then there was a solo and two songs with Camila, one of which was the signature number for the movie, the one he and Camila wrote together. Most of the work had been done, this was just a few extra tracks here and there in most cases. By the end of the day everything involving the greater cast had been finished. All that was left were Camila's solos, Shawn's solo and the two they sang together, and they would work on those the next day. Dinner had been planned at a local restaurant and the general consensus was to go out and party afterwards. Shawn sat up one end of the table, and Camila at the other and they didn't even get to speak, but when everyone decided to kick on at a famous private club, Shawn demurred.

"Sorry guys, I've still got a full day in the studio singing tomorrow, I need some sleep. I promise I'll make up for it next time!"

"Me too, sorry everyone. It's been a long day for me, and I have a big day ahead." Camila had come up to the group and made her announcement to a chorus of moans but they all went off happily enough, leaving the two leads behind.

"Did you drive?" Camila asked.

"No, I caught a cab, will we get one together?"

She nodded and he realised she hadn't been joking, she looked exhausted.

"You stay here, I'll hail the cab." She smiled in thanks and a few moments later he ran in to collect her.  Once in the cab, she sighed and put her head back, rubbing her temples.

"Headache?" he asked, sitting opposite her.

"Yeah, a little one." She was pale, and didn't look well at all. He kept quiet for the short trip and then helped her out of the cab. She trudged tiredly up the steps, still managing to smile and thank the doorman, and nod toward the reception staff.

"What floor are you on?"

"Four," she said, rummaging through her purse for her key card.

Same floor his room was on.

"Do you have any headache tablets?"

"I think so," she sounded awful.

"I do, lets get you to your room and I'll go get them."

He found her room, two doors up from his, and she opened the door and turned on the light.

"Get ready for bed," he said, passing her a bottle of water from the minibar. "I'll go get the tablets."

She nodded and he left, taking the spare keycard she had left on the desk. Back in his room, he found the tablets in the bathroom and took a moment to get rid of his shoes and changed his jeans for a pair of loose sweats. He let himself back into her room after knocking softly and hearing her answer.
