𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐒𝐈𝐗;
𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐒𝐎𝐌𝐄 𝐀𝐒𝐒 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐋𝐊𝐄𝐑;The blonde turned on his new but used phone, groaning at the time when seeing it read ten-thirty. He was always the one stuck with the night shift, all of his coworkers making up lame excuses as to why they aren't able to that weekend. So letting out a rather bored sigh, licking his chapped lips right after, Jisung thought it would be best to try and take a well needed nap. He didn't think any customers would be entering the compact convenience store (that usually only sold stale items) anyway. People usually stop coming around mid-day; the store being too run down and hidden for others to actually notice it.
So dropping his head into the palm of his hand, arm resting against the hard marble counter with his elbow being the main support, Jisung slowly allowed his eyes to droop close from exhaustion. With the faint sound of a nearby clock ticking for every second that passes, and the occasional swift breeze of the cool summer air coming through a cracked window resting behind his lean figure, it wasn't too hard for him to lull himself to sleep. His baby pink colored lips were parted the slightest, a trail of drool not hesitating to fall down the side of his mouth and splash upon the same counter he leant against. His head would every now and again start to slip from the lose placement on his hand, causing him to jerk in alarm before returning to his previous position. And just as he was about to let the overwhelming darkness consume his mind, the sudden chime of a bell had rung and then echoed throughout the store. The noise was unexpected and almost made Jisung fall off of the wooden stool he sat on—the loud sound contrasting against the quiet night.
Quickly wiping away the amount of saliva that had managed to escape and show he was sleeping on the job, Jisung also ran a hand through his touseled hair in hopes of taming what stuck out in random places. His brown irises tracked after the random customer who had just entered with interest. It was uncommon for the blonde to see anyone at this time, usually spending the next two hours alone before locking the glass doors with a spare key and then finally heading home to rest.
The shelves that held the many salty or sweet treats were rather short, giving Jisung an advantage. He was able to watch the stranger stand near the candy isle and scan his own eyes over the assortment of sugar. The person was talking, one of his hands raised to his ear with a phone tight in his grip. Jisung shamelessly scanned over the customer, eyebrows furrowing as he swears the tall figure looked familiar. It just wasn't until that same stranger turned his head the slightest to look at another part of the shelf did Jisung almost gasp to himself. He had to bite his tongue (almost drawing blood) in order to stop the squeal that could flow from his mouth at any second. He was lightly bouncing in his seat as he impatiently waited for buisness man Hwang Hyunjin to come up to the counter and purchase his items.
"Yes, I got the sour gumm-" Hyunjin stopped talking abruptly and let a breath go instead. "I.N I'm not-" He was cut short once more. "Alright fine! See you in a few. Yeah, love you too" Hyunjin ended his call, shoving the device back into the pocket of his pants before shaking his head and once again looking at the shelves. It's just this time he was looking at the many different bags of chips. He didn't take long, hastily grabbing one that was a green color and had the bold letters of: sour cream and onion.
