𝐖𝐀𝐈𝐓 𝐀 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐔𝐓𝐄...𝐒𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆'𝐒 𝐖𝐄𝐈𝐑𝐃;His eyes were shut, black eyelashes resting elegantly on the edge of his cheekbones. He looked flawless with the way the studio light had shined down on him, giving him the glow of an angel. His small hands were wrapped securely around the black metal microphone stand, keeping it steady as he sang into the matching ebony microphone. He belted lyrics through those same small red lips—ones that looked soft to the touch and oh so kissable. And they had only managed to become even more mesmerizing when the blonde swiped his tongue over the dry skin, lathering it with a layer of his saliva to make it look as though he put on some sort of gloss. Chanyeol hadn't even realized he was staring until those same heart shaped pieces of skin were being bit by sparkling white teeth. He could feel his ears burn while there was no doubt that his cheeks shaded a flustering crimson. Jisung had stopped singing, once closed eyes now wide open to stare at his companion with a look of confusion. He still stood on the opposite side of the glass, bulky headphones laid upon his head and flattening out the blonde hair he parted and styled earlier that morning. A tiny grin was stretched across his face, probably due to his credence of singing his emotional song perfectly. Chanyeol had to ruffle his black locks a little, hoping it would rid him of anymore of his embarrassment. And when he believed the fire that was ignited within him had been extinguished (somewhat), he leant forward in his leather chair and pushed a singular button that was cluttered next to a hundred more on the sound board.
"I'm sorry, what did you say?" The warmth creeped up his neck again. Just thinking about openly admiring the blonde brought him great shame. "I uh," He cleared his throat. "I had gotten distracted."
Jisung waved him off dismissively. He was completely oblivious to the way the older still stared at him with pure fondness. He actually just readjusted his headset, raising an eyebrow as he again opened those perfect lips to ask his question once more.
"I asked if the run was good?" He rolled his eyes playfully, hands being placed on his hips. "But judging by how you got distracted, I'm guessing you wouldn't be able to tell" He gave a giggle, the sound vibrating through the still connected microphone and booming throughout the rest of the studio. And wow—Chanyeol felt his flutter from the simple laugh.
But he couldn't express that feeling—those feelings. So with his finger still holding down the silver button, he gave his own response.
"Ha-ha" He was sarcastic. "From what I heard you were great. Perfect even. I just want to hear the hook one more time. I don't think you're putting enough," He paused with his head cocking to one side. He was trying to figure out the right word to say. "...emotion. Yeah, not enough emotion. Try thinking about why you wrote this in the first place."
