𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐖𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐘 𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐄𝐄;
𝐘𝐎𝐔'𝐑𝐄 𝐀 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍;He thinks it was a natural habit to roll his dark brown eyes whenever his assistant Minho talked to him. His voice just always held a condescending and monotone feature; nothing but demands and reminders being the topic of all of their conversations. And he believes he's gotten used to it. With the action of drifting his attention elsewhere, Minho's words simply flew over his head—to be forgotten and then asked about again later that evening. Then the shorter would get mad, stomping his feet like a child throwing a tantrum while screaming his boss's ear off. If he was lucky, Minho would only internally rant before walking away complaining that he wasn't getting paid enough; also saying something along the lines of babysitting a big-eared brat. So it was nothing out of the ordinary when Chanyeol ignored the bland directions the short brunette continued to spew from his red lips.
The two were walking down the long corridors of the Stray Kids building. With his hands stuffed loosely in the pockets of his freshly ironed pants, Chanyeol hummed a soft tune to himself. His eyes trailed to the many posters and records that hung on the white walls, interest not necessarily peaked by any of them. He could hear Minho only a few steps behind him. The younger had to practically jog in order to keep up with Chanyeol's long strides. And with having to use most of his energy in order to keep up, he was having a hard time getting his sentences out. He was out of breath; and yet he kept his composure in order to provide the taller with his updated schedule.
"You'll be on your own for a bit because I-" Minho snapped his lips shut the second he came in contact with Chanyeol's broad back; to then open them again seconds later for a squeal when he felt his body go unsteady. He tumbled to the ground, groaning when his bottom collided with the polished floor. But he wasn't whining for long, as he was now glaring up at the taller.
Chanyeol didn't hesitate to turn around and scurry to help the other to his feet. With a firm hand being outstretched, Minho only scoffed before pushing him away. He instead stood on his own, then grabbing the black clipboard that managed to skid a few feet. Dusting the invisible dust from his clothes, he discarded the apology Chanyeol quickly blurted.
"I'm sorry Min! It's just, do you really expect me to be all alone? I'll die without you!" He was being dramatic. Slithering his lanky arms around the other and forcing the two into a tight embrace, the ravenette weeped. "Please don't leave me!"
Now it was Minho's turn to roll his eyes. He pushed his boss off of him, not even the tiniest bit phased by how Chanyeol stared at him with the biggest doe eyes. He was actually quite annoyed. There wasn't a day that went by where the older didn't need the assistance of his assistant; ironically enough. Their work lives blended with their personal ones, and Chanyeol was even needing Minho's help whenever, wherever.
