𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐅𝐈𝐅𝐓𝐘 𝐓𝐖𝐎;
𝐃𝐎𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄?;After the heartbreaking truth Seungmin said about all of the love Minho has ever had for him was nothing but a game played awfully well, Jisung told himself that love sucks. He told himself that he didn't need to feel such emotion ever again if it only left him curled up in a ball, crying streams of the same salty tears that eventually began to burn. He didn't want to experience it if it meant that his chest would sink inwards restricting his lungs from giving him anymore oxygen, or his heart from beating. It's funny because at one point the blonde researched all he could about heart break; wanting to know why it hurt so much and why people actually endured it. He learned that humans could actually die from such pitiful attack. It happens when the one suffering undergoes too much of the stress and trauma. Jisung thought he was going to die. As he read the scientific information from his old laptop—with a frown that looked to be stuck there for the past few days—he truly believed that he would end up in a casket six feet underground. He even snickered as he thought about would be written across his headstone.
Han Jisung.
Beloved son and grandson.
Died from a broken heart.Minho was his first love. From what started as a shameless crush during a shared class in college, sprouted into something that was close enough to an obsession. He changed his route that he took to reach his lessons on time, and waited an extra few minutes after hours just so he could catch a glimpse of the dark brunette. Felix even began to find the blonde creepy; begging that he stopped such foolery and focus on literally anything else. Jisung almost did. He knew that Minho already had Seungmin, and that they were hopelessly in love, therefore he had no chance. But then the party happened, and suddenly it was like all the times he wished on a shooting star had finally paid off.
Stolen glances became cheap flirting. Flirting became an unexpected kiss. And then that kiss led to dating. And within that moment Jisung felt as though he was on cloud nine. He had the boy of his dreams and the two were in love. Or at least he knew he was. His entirety was surrounded by Minho, and he wanted to think that the other felt the same. And he did, to some extent. It's why while the blonde was being romantic with the older, Seungmin was the one feeling as though he was dying. Jisung wouldn't have done it if he knew the light brunette suffered. But that would just lead to his heart break. Now that he thinks about it, no matter what happened, their little love triangle of pain was inevitable. Either way one of them was bound to get hurt; and in the end all of them took the blow.
Was it all worth it? Yes, because now Jisung knew exactly what to look out for—what he should and should not do. Falling for an already taken man was one of the key points. So why had he found himself in the same situation? Fawning over someone that not only already had a respectable partner, but that someone was engaged. Jisung blames it on the fact that he didn't know. He was being cheated and that gave him the right to say he wasn't in the wrong. This time. But then he wonders why he continued to chase after that liar? Why did he still yearn for dumb Hwang Hyunjin? He couldn't say. Maybe it had to do with the thrill the taller gave him? Or the warm comfort Minho never had? It didn't matter, because in the end his over all conclusion was that love sucked.
