I walk in my house my parents already gone for work of course. Then I remember Background check!!! I walk outside ready to get in my car to go get it but the tires were slashed. "What the fuck are you kidding me" I say frustrated. Then I get a call from a no caller id. I pick up "Hey Emma bear" It was Edward of course it had to be him when I was already mad enough. "What do you want" I say quite harshly even surprising myself "Whoa calm down I wanted to apologize for the night of the party" He says. I seem surprised he wasn't one for apologizing especially after I caught him cheating on me with some slut. I remember the memory then laugh "Yea funny prank Edward but i'm not in the mood right now." Then I think of a plan "Actually I know something that will make up for it" "what" He says kinda eagerly. "Can you come pick me up someone slashed my tires all you have to do is drop me off at the police station" I say hoping he will say yes. "Yea Ill be there in 10" he says before hanging up. I walk inside and lay on the couch waiting on Edward before accidentally falling asleep. But I had been stressed lately and a nap would do me some good.
Unknown pov: I watched from my car as she ended the call with that ex of hers he would be a problem but problems always have solutions and if that meant getting rid of him then so be it because Emma would only be mine. Soon. Very soon.
