Cassandra’s POV
“Stop crying you’ll get ugly.” She said to me. Inabot ko naman ang panyo.
“They told you about the truth right?” she said then she sat right next to me.
“I guess you know the whole story too?”
“I witnessed everything Cassy. Of course I know.”She smiled at me.
“Ba’t ang bait mo saakin ngayon?”
“Best friend duties Cassy.”
“Best friend? How can you be my best friend if you are my mortal enemy? Diba ikaw nga ang may dahilan kung bakit muntikan na akong mamatay?”
“You still can’t remember me do you? Well let’s leave it there. Basta best friend mo ako. It was not my fault.”
“Then whose fault was that? Ikaw ang nag-utos kay Cloud para sirain ang breaks ng sasakyan ng mom mo! To think that it was your mom’s car.” Tiningnan ko siya ng masama.
“I know it was my Mom’s car.” Nakangiti niyang sabi bakit parang Masaya pa siya? Is she out of her mind?
“Then why did you that?”
“Simple. I wanted to get rid of my mom.” Medyo nagbago ang expression ng mukha niya noong sinabi niya yun.
“Are you nuts?? Bakit sinali mo pa ako doon?”
“Because it’s needed.”
“Needed?? What the hell? Please explain Maddy because I have no time for your games.”
“You still don’t get it? Simple it’s my mom’s destiny.” Medyo malungkot niyang sabi.
“Then why did you react when I called your mom a b*tch? Nasaktan ka nun and halata kaya sa mukha mo.”
“Because she is still my mom. I think you should know the truth Cassy but I hope after this you’ll forgive them.”
“I know the truth Maddy.” Mahina kong sabi sa kanya.
“What?”
“I know what happened; I know the truth about your Mom.”
“Then why are you asking me about my mom when you know the truth?”
“Because I wanted to know if I’m right.”
“Yes my mom died because of the accident and yes it was fault but it’s for our best.”
“She did not die and we both know that.” Simple kong sagot sa kanya.
“You regained your memory huh?”
“Yes but not everything. The only memory na bumalik saakin ay yung araw ng accident. Bakit nyo pinalabas na patay na siya?”
“Because it’s part of the plan.”
“What plan?”
*FLASHBACK*
Madison’s POV
“Are you sure about this? Are you not afraid of the consequences Maddy?” Cloud asked me.
“I am not afraid Cloud. It’s for the best.Para din to’ sa atin.”
“Pero she is still your mom.”
“I know but she’s the protagonist and we need to get rid of her.”
“As you wish.” Cloud said.
“Thank you Cloud.” I smiled at him.
“Siguraduhin mo lang Maddy na tama tong decision mo because in the end magsisi ka lang.”
“Hindi. My decision is right and I can feel it.”
“Just prepare yourself physically and emotionally.”
“Matagal na Cloud.”
Why am I doing this? Because it is part of a plan.
I dialled Mom’s number..
(Maddy)
“Mom are you ready?”
(Yes.)
“There is no turning back.”
(I know.) She ended the call.
We need to pretend that she’s going to die in that accident for Cassy’s sake. This is a plan that my dad made for Cassy no not Dad but her grandpa.

Today is the day of the accident nandito na ako sa may site kung saan sila naaksidente. Agad naming kinuha ni Mom palabas ng car at iniwan namin si Cassy. Mom pretended like she’s dead at binayaran namin ang Doctor para sabihin sa lahat na patay na ang mom ko so that I can have a reason para ma blame si Cassy.
We were not expecting na magkakaroon ng amnesia si Cassy lalong sumasang ayon ang mga nangyayari kay Cassy sa mga plano namin. Hindi na ako mahihirapan sa pang-aapi kay Cassy. She will never recognized me as her best friend, she will remember me as her mortal enemy who stoled everything from her.
Ayaw ko mang saktan si Cassy ay wala akong magagawa dahil ito ang gusto ng pamilya namin na patatagin si Cassy. At para malaman din niya na ang lalaking minahal niya ang dahilan kung bakit namatay ang kapatid ng kanyang ina that’s why we are planning this. Kahit masakit at labag sa aking kalooban na saktan ang kapatid ko at ang pinakamamahal ko na pinsan na si Alex. Gagawin ko ang lahat para maayos lang ang gulo sa sinimulan ng Mommy ko. Siya ang may dahilan ng lahat...
Nakakalungkot pero darating din ang araw na magiging maayos ang lahat.
