I sat on my window sill, watching Gotham city while thinking.
"Jeremiah just left... I can't believe him" I sighed. "I don't know why I though I was so important. Just another pawn."
I was broken out of my thoughts by my phone ringing. I looked and saw Barbara's contact pop up.
"Hey Barbara" I greeted.
"Hey kid, listen I need to talk to you" she said uncomfortably.
"Are you okay?" I asked concerned.
"I'm fine, I just have something to tell you" she said.
"I'm on my way" I said and I heard her laugh.
"See you soon" she asked, hanging up the phone.
I wonder what's wrong?

I pulled up to the Sirens club, getting out of my car and heading in.
I saw her sitting at the bar, looking out her big window.
"Little early for day drinking isn't it?" I asked amused, getting her attention.
"Hey (Y/n), come sit" she said and I frowned, walking up and sitting next to her.
"Barbara what's wrong?" I asked concerned.
"I... I'm pregnant" she said making my eyes widened.
"Oh my god seriously?!" I asked excitedly making her laugh.
"Yeah" she smiled.
"Who's the father?" I asked.
"Uhhhh... Jim" she said uncomfortably making me smirk.
"Ouuuuu old flames re-spark" I smirked and she hit my arm playfully.
"Seriously, I'm happy for you Barbara, you deserve it" I smiled and she pulled me in for a hug.
"Thank you (Y/n)" she said.
"Of course, it's what awesome unofficial daughters are for" I smiled amused and she laughed.
"So anything interesting happen with you recently?" She asked.
Jeremiah Valeska is alive and stayed with me, after I helped heal him. Oh yeah and we had a heated make out session.
"Nope, just work" I replied.
"Well go out there, maybe you'll find a distraction" she smirked.
But I don't want a distraction, I only want him.
"Yeah I'll pass. Busy life I lead, no time for that" I replied.
"Speaking of, did you hear Alfred was kidnapped" she said making my eyes widen.
