i am freaking the hell out. okay, so i'm currently driving to L.A to visit my baby brother quinton at the sway house. he has been up there for like three months, so i took time off of work to visit him, because i missed his annoying ass face. i messaged griffin ahead of time to let him know that I was coming, but quinny has not a single clue. 

after literally the longest drive of my life, i made it to the house. i pulled in but parked far enough away that you couldn't see my car, before texting griffin that i was here. he came out the front door and greeted me with a huge hug, before taking my bag and helping me sneak in the house. the boys were in the living room making tiktoks, which was absolutely perfect. 

quinton was filming one on his own,  so i snuck up behind him and started doing the dance moves and all of the boys attempted to not crack up and spoil the surprise. quinny moved forward to see the result on his phone, before whipping around once he saw me in the background of the video. 

"Y/N!!! oh my gosh! what the hell are you doing here?!" next thing i knew, i was off the ground being swung around in a circle. he finally put me down and i glanced around the room. my eyes fell on a certain bleached blonde, causing a blush to creep onto my face. yeah remember when i said i was freaking out? the cause?

"i missed you doofus. so i thought i'd come for a visit," this gorgeous girl in front of me beamed around the room and at q. the two hugged again, quinton giving her a kiss on the head, tears falling from her eyes. "awe y/n don't cry," he took her face in his hands and wiped her tears. "ugh this is so embarrassing, where's the bathroom quinny?" she covered her face, blushing even more. "it's upstairs, first door on your left," she nodded before taking off in that direction.

"okay, so for real, when was anyone gonna tell me that freshman's sister was stunning?" i let that out, kind of in a daze. all of the boys turned and laughed at me. "ouuuuu jaden's got a crushhhhhh," even quinton laughed. "stopp thattt," i felt my face burn red and all of the boys made kissy faces at me, but stopped abruptly when y/n walked back into the room, now tear free.

i walked back into the room and all of the boys got eerily silent. i moved over to the couch and sat down next to josh, who smiled brightly at me, before looking at jaden. oh shit, was i really that obvious?

"okay! my sister has never been to L.A before, what should we do?!" quinton was absolutely bursting with energy, which made my heart melt. they all started suggesting things before stopping and looking at me. "okay, i think we should ask y/n what she wants to do for her first day," josh wrapped an arm around me. "uh, i kinda wanna hike up to the hollywood sign," bryce sighed at this, before muttering "basic," under his breath. i picked up a pillow off the ground and whipped at him, causing all of the boys to run around the living room screaming. 

"okay hollywood sign it is," quinton grabbed my bag and led me up to his room. "okay, you get changed in here, i'll change in ant's room. oh! and y/n?" he peaked his head back into the room. "yeah?" i smiled in his direction. "i'm really glad you're here," i awwwed at his cuteness before running over and pecking his cheek before he left.

okay, so me going to ant's room was a big lie, all of the boys were meeting in jaden's room. "okay kiddos, family meeting," bryce called to all of us when we entered the room. "shouldn't we all be getting ready to go on a hike? we'll keep her waiting," jaden went to walk into his closet, but bryce stopped him. "trust me, she'll take a while," jaden looked around, confused as hell. "she'll take a while because she wants to look good for you j," he rolled his eyes at us. 

"y'all are out of your minds. she just met me in a house full of guys that are all good looking. and she is here to visit freshman, not get cozy with one of us," i grabbed his shoulders, forcing him to look at me. "dude listen to me. my sister is super outgoing, and not easily embarrassed. dude you looked at her and her face turned bright red and she got all shy. plus she is always watching your content and stuff. she is crazy about you," jaden's face turned the shade of a tomato causing everyone to laugh. 

"q that is your sister homie," of course he is worried about everyone else before himself. "yeah and i trust you with her. if you break her heart, i will break your face. but i know you respect women bro," he hugged me and i smiled brightly at him. "now you better pull a move while she's here," bryce shoved jaden and laughed before we all separated to actually get changed.

i exited quinny's room dressed in a pair of lululemon running shorts and a matching sports bra, before hopping down the stairs to the entryway where all of the boys were sat. i ran up behind my baby bro and launched myself onto his back, causing him to stumble and laugh. "someone is ready for a hike," griffin laughed at how excited my smile was. "okay we're taking jaden's car," quinton put me down and we all headed outside.

jaden walked over to the passenger side and all of the boys climbed in the back, confusing me. he held a hand out and opened the passenger door for me. "lady y/n," i caught on that he had reserved the seat for me and wanted to close the door after me, which caused me to blush and stutter like a complete idiot. i took his hand and he helped me up into the car, leaving his hand lingering in mine for an extra moment before running over to the driver's side and hopping in.

we made it to the bottom of the hill that leads up to the hollywood sign, and i began stretching subtly, not wanting the boys to make fun of me... though they won't laugh when they end up with a pulled muscle. we began making our way up the hill, and i kind of kept to myself, not really wanting to just inject myself into their bro-time.

we were hiking and my palms were sweating more than anything. the boys wanted me to make a move and quick, but i don't know how to approach this girl. she is just so simplistic and keeping to herself to hike, i have no idea what to say to her. i pulled out my airpods and popped one in my ear. before i could put the other one away, quinton nudged me and pointed to them, motioning back to his sister. i understood what he wanted me to do, so i fell back in step with y/n. 

without saying anything, i held out my second airpod to her, which she took with a bright smile and put it in her ear. i played a few songs as we continued the hike, but she motioned to my phone, asking permission to pick a song. i unlocked it and handed it to her. next thing i knew, i was listening to the intro to comatose, my song. i looked over to her and she was dancing around like a fool. before i knew it, she grabbed my hands and began dancing around with me, singing the words to my song to me, loud and clear.

wow, she knows my music, could this girl get any better?

i don't really know what happened at that moment but i just completely let loose and put my walls down for jaden. i felt really comfortable around him, but i didn't really know what to say. so i thought that i would show him that i support him and care for him by jamming out to things that he is really proud of. the next thing i played was angels and demons, and this one i noticed all of the boys turning and looking at us. i held jaden's hand tighter and hopped up and down. he grabbed me by the waist when it started to get quieter and held me super close. 

he looked me right in the eyes and sang "so fuck me like a rockstar", before kissing me. i had no idea what to do cause i was not expecting that. i wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him back obviously, and he grabbed me, picking me up off of the ground. we pulled back and i looked him in the face, hearing the boys yelling in the background. "s-sorry if that crossed a line," he was breathing heavily from the adrenaline.

"if that's the line, i'd like you to cross it more often,"
