"What is happening here?" Peeta asked, rising from his chair. "Katniss what is he doing here?" Damon asked. I did not respond to their questions. "Wait I recognize you, You are the son of the new owner of the bakery but what are you doing here?" Peeta asked Damon. "I'm in a relationship with Katniss" Peeta looked at me with tears in his eyes and walked out the door. "Peeta wait, please!" I begged him. Damon grabbed my arm. "Let it go Katniss," he said. I looked at Damon angrily and said "Let me go right now" and he let me go.
I ran out as fast as I could. Peeta was standing outside with his back turned to me. "Peeta listen to me I can explain," I said. He turned around and said "I don't deserve you" And he walked away again. "Where are you going?" I asked him as he walked away. "Don't worry, I'll stay in District 12 for you," he said. I walked back inside where I saw Damon in the hallway. "You never loved me," he said. "Don't say that Damon," I said. I couldn't take it anymore and I ran into the forest. I took my bow and arrow and went hunting. I saw a deer about 10 meters away. I aimed my bow at the deer, but I couldn't let go of the arrow. I felt sorry for the deer. "The games destroyed me," I whispered softly.
