Chapter Fifteen

"It's not true! It's not true! It's not true! It's not true! It's not true! It's not true! It's not true! It's not true!" Yume repeated as she ran. "It's not!" She stumbled slightly and fell forwards. "If that's true then was everything a lie...?" She clenched her fist and gritted her teeth. "Was my whole upbringing, my loving family, everything, my whole life, everything I believed in, everything I trusted..... was it all one big lie? An illusion?" Yume slowly say up on to her knees. "Someone... please tell what should I believe in then?" It was then Yume realised it wasn't raining. The reason her face was wet, the reason droplets were falling to the ground was because she was crying.

"Lala? What's yume wrong, you've been acting really yume weird today?" Yui womdered, suddenly appearing in front of a dazed Lala. The latter's eyes widened at the mention of 'Yume' even if it wasn't Yume, Yui was talking about, Lala still felt her eyes begin to water. "Yumeeeeee! Don't cry! Don't cry!"
"I-I'm not! I just got some dust in my eye!" Lala protested and faced away from the panicking blonde.
"Idiot," a fist came down on Yui's head and Shougo stood behind her looking annoyed. "What did you do this time? Why's Lala crying?" He wondered looking at Yui accusingly.
"It wasn't yume me! I'm innocent!" She protested. Shougo sighed and crouched down I front of Lala's desk. "What's up? You've been distracted the past couple of days? As your friends it's our job to worry," he grinned at Lala.
"Well the thing is... my friend.... her names Yume... is going through some problems and she's kinda ran away from home, so just hearing Yui say Yume... just brought up some bad thoughts..." Lala confessed. She couldn't give the details so she summarised. Shougo then flicked Yui's forehead, before flicking Lala's.
"Why don't we all go look for her after school, do you have a picture of her?" Shougo wondered. Lala nodded and showed him a picture of Yume. "Hmmmm... she looks familiar... ahh! The weird girl! I think she was asking for directions or something," Shougo yelled.
"Huh? You know her, Onii-Chan?" Yui questioned. Shougo shook his head.
"Not really, she asked me for directions once, I remember her cause she was weird," Shougo replied.
"Lalaaaaaaa!" Someone yelled as they came running into the classroom. Dorothy stopped when she reached her. "Help me! Shion son a rampage! She's coming for me! I'm dead!"
"Huh....? What did you yu- I mean what did you do?" Yui looked like she was in pain when not saying yume. Lala giggled slightly.
"I only ate some of her bento!" Dorothy told them.
"Do-Ro-Thy!" Came the voice of the demon from the classroom door. The three girls screamed and Shougo shuddered. "I fou~nd you~"
"Run!" Shougo yelled and they were off running for their lives.
"Save us!" Lala sobbed as they ran. Only to slapped with a warning ticket by Mirei. She then proceeded to slap Shion with one and the shock of it caused her to faint.

The demon was defeated.
