In the deep core of the galaxy, in a system far away form any hyper-point, various Auger arrays received the coded message they had been listening for.

With the transmission received, various machines scattered across the various planets began to activate as vast facities began to hum with life.

After several minutes, a pair of continent-sized doors opened and dozens of ships began to rize.

Each ship was about 1.5 kilometers long and each possessed an armament designed to take on entire fleets.

Seven gun ports lined the starboard and port side, with laser-based weapons batteries mounted above and below the gun ports.

On the dorsal side, four double-barreled turrets, one behind the main superstructure on the rear fin and three in front atop the main hull, and three triple-barreled turrets, one behind the main superstructure and two in front atop the main hull, gave the ship extra fields of fire. The front of the ship featured an armored prow, with four massive tubes, one pair vertically arranged on each side. On the underside of the ship was a massive array of hangers and planetary bombardment.

These ships were Pacificator-class star destroyers and each carried one regiment of the Army of Steel.

Onee-Wan suppressed a sigh from her uncomfortable position as she saw the cart carrying her padawan and the latter's charge.

"I was beginning to wonder if you had gotten my message," the Jedi Master asked her padawan pointedly.

"I retransmitted it as you requested, Master..."

Onee-Wan gave her padawan a cold stare.

"... Then we decided to come and rescue you," Annachan finished while averting her eyes.

"Well then, good job," replied Onee-Wan.

A voice gives out a series of clicks and other insectoid sounds over the arena as it presumably told the spectators why the three are being executed.

A different voice sounded out, and three different gates on the opposite wall of the arena began to rise.

From each gate, a different creature is driven in by shock prods or on their own volition.

The first creature to come out was a large quadruped with thick leathery skin, gray in color which morphed to red on its head, upper back, and underbelly. Huge muscled legs with two toes each that could crush a man along with blocky that had gained a taste for something in addition to its plant-based diet. Finally, three horns, one in the center of its forehead and two horns on the sides of its head.

It lowered its head as it inhaled before releasing a sound that was between a moo and a roar to the sky.

The crowd gave an "ooh" in approval as the reek moved forward.

The second creature announced its arrival with a reverberating screech. It was a massive reptile-crustacean hybrid, blue-green in color except for its white underbelly. It had a hard shell on its back, six legs with two fingers and a large single sand-covered claw each, and a bony crest protruding from the top of its skull. Three eyes sat above a mouth with long, sharp, white teeth.

It stopped to look around, but one of its handlers used their spear to shock the creature's middle left leg.

The acklay snapped its head at the handler with a growl several octaves lower before moving forward with a screech similar to the one it let out before.
