It was so strange seeing them again little did they know I had been battling depression.
Kriston and Alex weren't aware of Abby's situation like I was.
Me and Abby haven't lost touch but no one knows that I was there when she ran away from One Direction to her fathers grave.
Her mom killed her dad before she finished the 7th grade since we were all in GT, gifted and talented, we skipped a few grades.
The day after her 10th birthday she was taken out of her house early that morning in an ambulance.
I ran across the street and rode with her to the hospital she was barely alive and bleeding from a giant gash her mother had jabbed into her stomach.
She told me her father was dead and that she had to go to an adoption center in England where her father would be buried because he wrote it in his will.
A month later we were standing in an airport saying our goodbyes.
"I'll fly there one day I promise."
"Okay I love you Jaci."
"I love you too" I cried and hugged her as some lady with the adoption center logo walked up and took her on the plane.
"Bye" I whispered under my breath.
Kristion's voice snapped me back into reality "Jaci does this look good?"
"Yeah but I would go with black the gray looks weird."
"Okay thanks I'll go try it on."
"No problem love."
"Stawp with your Brit brat accent."
"Sorry" I giggled as she shut the door to the dressing room.
"Don't tell them" Abby whispered.
I just nodded and wiped a tear rolling down my cheek.
I mouthed 'I promise love' and she hugged me.
Why does she lie to them?
Why does she keep it from some of her closest friends?
They thought her mother was alive and her father left Abby but none of that was true...
"600 Dollars ma'am."
"Here."
I looked at the girls with a confusion painted on my face "who is that?"
"I don't know sounds familiar though."
I slowly stood up and peaked around the corner and fear struck me in the heart i fell in the chair behind me breathless.
"Jaci? Who was that."
Abby was scared by the look i gave her.
Fear was struck deep into me "hide" i whispered.
Me and the girls dropped everything that wasnt ours and ran out the back.
"Give me the keys" i yelled at Kriston.
"Here" she said and threw the keys.
How he found us I didn't know.
But what I did know was I had a little secret of my own even Abby didn't know and it was going to keep them safe.
