Another day meant another photoshoot for Eleanora Rose. She was now back in her home country of Mexico and she was doing a swimwear campaign.

"Hermana, do you need anything to drink? It's really hot out today." Eleanora's best friend, María asked.

María had been Eleanora's best friend since school. She was there before the brunette transformed herself and she was still here, making sure that the model stayed grounded and had everything that she needed.

"No, gracias." Eleanora replied with a smile on her face. Photoshoots were so much easier when she had her best friend around to be there for her.

María and Eleanora had a bond so strong that they were like sisters. In fact, their catchphrase was that they were sisters from different misters. Of course, it wasn't factually correct since they also had different mothers but it was sweet all the same.

The two girls were extremely close and they could tell each other almost everything. Eleanora was always the one that held back because she knew that María would kill to have a job as glamorous as modelling. That made the brunette girl feel like she couldn't complain. She didn't want to come off and appear as ungrateful when she was. She was grateful for the life that she had but she just wished that some parts weren't so terrible.

"Eleanora, they need you down at the beach now!" The director of the shoot called out through the small beach hut that had been rented solely for the purpose of the shoot.

Dressed like a mermaid and with her makeup done to perfection, Eleanora strolled down to the beach.

She could feel the sand between her toes and the salty, sea breeze blowing her hair back off of her face. The beach had always felt like home to the model. She grew up on a beach with her mother, father and her older brother and all of her best memories took place near the sea.

The next few hours for Eleanora were some of the most enjoyable that she had had when working and that was all down to her best friend being there to cheer her on when she started to feel glum. The mermaid attire made the model feel like a child again and that could very well have been the reason behind her love for this shoot. Or it could have to do with the fact that rufus wasn't there to criticise her every move.

"Good work, Nora! We can't wait to edit these and have them uploaded to the campaign soon." The photographer gave the model a smile as she looked back on the pictures that she had taken.

The brunette girl looked to be in her element. There were no fake smiles and no façades to hide behind, it was one hundred percent real and authentic. The light had hit her skin perfectly, making it seem like she was glowing and the waves crashed behind her, the water droplets reflecting the sun.

"Wow, these are hermosa! Buen trabajo chica." María made sure to let her friend know whenever she had done a good job in order to keep her morale up. Eleanora might not have openly admitted to her best friend about how draining her job was but María could see it. She was her non-biological sister after all.
