CHAPTER 35 : SAFE AND SOUND

ISABELLA'S POV

My senses were slowly knocking in and I could feel the presence of someone , that someone for whom my heart races everytime I merely think of him , holding my hand .

" Izzy ?? " , I heard his soft voice

I gently opened my eyes and found myself in a decent white place and no , it wasn't heaven instead a fudging hospital room !

Wasn't that maniac going to kill me ???

"Roy.. Royce?"

"He's all okay ,  don't worry" , Ro said and squeezed my hand .

"How a..am I he..here ?" , I inquired while holding my head which resembled a nuclear bomb , ready to explode anytime now .

"Izzy , you are safe now . Leonard is arrested so you don't have to stress about anything "

"I was languishing while he chained me and then what happened??" ,
I managed to speak coherently for the very first in the last .... few minutes , few hours or few days , I really don't have a clue !

" After I reached the park , I found Royce bawling alone and you were missing . For that moment, I couldn't even think straight. But your son is very clever , without being able to speak much , he managed to convey that you were in trouble "

"And then ??" , I asked while trying to remember earlier events but I  couldn't , just couldn't . The last thing I recall is that I was kidnapped and then nada .
