It's been two months and a half of school. Nothing interesting have happened to me since. Same hallways, same classmates, same old me.

However, First term exams have passed, and I could not be happier about that. It was surprisingly awful. I've never worry about my tests or exams before. but in the past two years of high school, I've been having a terrible time with it.

One week left before Christmas holidays.

It's lunch time, and our cafeteria still fails to provide us some tasty food. Well, everybody believes that it depends on the lunch lady's mood. I mean, sometimes when you look at her from afar, and she's smiling, she usually manage to serve us some really delicious meals.

Sitting in our table with our own group of friends, and trying to eat something of what they call "food".

"Hey, I got an idea" spoke out Violet.

Everyone stopped poking their lunch meals with their forks and looked up to hear Violet's proposal.

"Everyone HATES the lunch here don't they?"

All of us eyeing each other, waiting for her conclusion.

"Why don't we arrange a romantic date, for that ol' goober right there." She grins. "I mean, you do want some nice and delicious lunches don't you, guys?"

I hesitantly look at Casey and Ryan of what they think about her idea.

"I mean, I guess?" Casey said as she turned to me.

"Great!" Violet jumped out of excitement. "Wait a moment.. I'll handle this."

She stood up from our table and walked towards the lunch lady. The three of us had no idea what was going, or what she's telling her.

She returned back, with a wide smile on her face.

"What did you say?" Ryan asked curiously. "Nothing. I said that I have an uncle who would love to take a special woman on a date for Christmas." She replied proudly.

"But.. Vi." I said with a confused face, "All of your uncles are married.."

"That's why we'll get my "uncle" from an online dating site."

"You're gonna set her up in a dating site?" Asked Casey. "She has no idea"

"And she doesn't have to know." Violet replied with a wink, as she head to the computer room, probably setting the dating site for the lunch lady.

I decided not to go with her, because I didn't feel like it. But Casey did.

I head to the Science lab with Ryan instead because I wanted to relax and just hang out with my guy friend for once. With less drama, and less worries.

We both were walking to the Science lab, laughing our asses off because he kept telling jokes about our teachers, impersonating people and anything that wouldn't fail to make me laugh. Once we passed by the classrooms through the hallways, standing there again, was Dylan. He was with his girlfriend.

"He's gonna melt soon enough, if you keep staring." giggled Ryan. I rolled my eyes, and bumped my shoulder to his.

"Check this out.." He said,

As I observe what he was going to do, he puts he hand up, and waved at Dylan.

Dylan just looked at him with a blank face. My eyes widened and grabbed his hand down. We passed by him, but I slightly turned my head back just to look at him one last time, and I saw him with his hand up to wave back but with his face confused.

I let out a small giggle, mixed with happiness since I've never really interacted with him since freshman year, when I bumped into him.

We reached the Science lab, and all I saw were empty tables and apparatuses in drawers. The room was a mini ghost town. No wonder Ryan was always here. It's peaceful.

"I understand why you like being here now." I said to him as I walk around the room. He looked down and gave a slight grin at the corner of his lips. I always found it very sweet how he does those gestures.

He took his laptop from a secret drawer under a table. "Cool." I said as I let out a giggle.

"Wanna see what I did for our senior year, once we graduate?" He asked, while he leads me to the corner of the room to sit with him. "It's just a little teaser. I can't show you the whole thing. Besides, it's not finished yet."

He pressed play. The video started with texts which expressed his feelings with graduating, then pictures of students' freshman years jumped in. But after a while, it stopped since he didn't want me to see further than that.

"It's nice." I smiled, looking at him. "Don't say that yet. You haven't watch the whole thing." He smiled back, still looking at his laptop. I sensed a glimpse of him, slightly looking at me. He turned his head to me until I can see his bright hazel eyes clearly.

When the bell rang, we both looked away, and I stood up, "We better get to class." I said.
