Dear Kamita,
I have a theory about your asshole-ness--- when God showered the earth with extra body parts, you were sleeping on your stomach. And then there was acid rain, which shot right onto the middle of your newly added bottom cheeks, creating a huge hole.
Asshole.
God, it feels good to curse at you like this.
I wonder when this will end--- this cycle between us.

Ateera wasn't surprised at the presence of her two boy friends at Demi's ridiculously huge and modern kitchen (everything about Demi's expensive flat is ridiculous). Ami was already there, looking charmed and dazed while listening to the bickering between Ruyu and Gene. Ateera doesn't blame her--- she finds herself in that kind of trance once in a while too.
She forced plopped herself on Ruyu's lap just to annoy Gene, his hand automatically wrapping around her waist. It didn't work today. Instead Gene stood up and brought her the biggest cup of coffee.
Ateera hates it when her best friends can read through her. She can feel everyone's eyes on her except Demi's.
"Where's Demi?" she asked absentmindedly as Gene force-fed her with French toast.
"She's already in the office," Ami replied, chuckling a bit when Ateera bit Gene's finger. Ruyu merely looked amused; he's, after all, used to their antics. Instead he looked up at Ateera.
"She said you're excused for today. Go and have fun with Ami-chan."
"Wow. It's Ami-chan already?" Ateera asked good naturedly. As if on cue, Ami blushed.
"They refuse to call me Ami-san," the younger girl replied shyly. "And they refused to call me Yuu."
Gene snorted. "Yuu kind of reminds us about your brother."
Ami nodded sadly. "I know."
Ateera didn't respond. So it was Ruyu who broke the melancholic moment.
"So what to do today?" he asked. "I took a leave too."
"And you?" Ateera asked Gene. The latter grinned his signature smile.
"I own my schedule," he answered. "Ami-chan, where do you want to go today? Or what do you want to do?"
Ami looked contemplative. "I did my shopping yesterday, but I could do some more. Can we?"
Ruyu nodded. "I need new suits anyway. Gene?"
"Oh, please," Ateera snorted. "He'll go wherever you'll go. Ouch!" Gene hit her at the back of the head. Ami looked surprised for a bit at the reddening cheeks of the two hot shots, but one look at Ateera's eyes and she knew--- her eyes widened in realization and a smirk formed in her mouth. Ateera pained a bit because it looks so much like the smirk Kamita often wore.
"I see," she said softly.
Ateera cleared her throat and sighed dramatically.
"I've been dying from frustration for years, Ami. They're both out of my reach."
With that, she stood up from Ruyu's lap and pulled Ami towards the guest room.
"Come, Ami. Let's get you a slutty outfit from Demi's wardrobe."
----
"How will you bring them all? I bet you'll pay a lot for excess baggage," Gene exclaimed, at awe with the number of paper bags bearing elite brands sprawled on the floor next to them at Zuni.
