For the whole week before we were to go as bate. Hawks , fatgum, and Crust were helping us plan for possible retreat. So they gave Icyhot and I destress buttons. If we were to find the kidnapped kids, or need help escaping. We just need to press them for a signal of our locations. That way one of them could retrieve us. Then the night came. Hawks flew us to the scene of the auction. There outside was a truck unloading people in chains. So hawks quickly chained us like the rest were. Once inside we were blinded by bright lights and chained to circular platforms. Which would move up to the stage above to be sold off. After awhile it was just us two left. Icyhot went before me. As he was being lifted up. I swore I heard him say something, but I couldn't make it out. Then it was my turn. My chest was hurting from anxiety. Luckily I could use my quirk. Nitroglycerin was an effect to slow heartbeats down and prevent heart attacks. Once on stage. I started looking around and tugging on the chains. Everyone in the crowd had on a mask. The masks were like Victorian mask party ones. Just the eyes and possible nose covered up. On the balcony above stood Icyhot by a guy covered in scars as he was being taken away. As the bidding started. I couldn't help myself. Acting like I was trying to break free.
"Let me go you damn bastards!"
I go to use my quirk but the chains are electrified. Right as I was about to fall to my knees. I here the auctioneer say.
"SOLD TO THE LEAGUE OF VILLAINS!"
Then a guy who seemed to be my age. Was standing infront of me with a needle in hand.
"It's been awhile but I've finally found you......Kacchan. "
The room feels like it's spinning before I blacked out.
