Chapter 7: The invite

When Alexandra and the boys got to the mall they all took off running inside. Neil and Kevin went one way, while Alex and Josh went another way. Alexandra just decided she'd go around by herself. She walked down a section of the mall and stopped at hot topic.

"Are you going in there?" Jeremy said from behind her. Alexandra jumped and turned around to glare at him.

"You like to scare me don't you? Why are you following me?" Alexandra asked.

"Well everyone kinda partnered up, took off and left us behind so I guess that makes us partners."

"Gggrrreeeaaattt. I'm so excited." Alexandra turned then and walked into Hot topic. Jeremy sighed and followed behind her. 'Why did I have to make a bad first impression and continue to get on her nerves and irritate her afterwards? She hates me more and more each day, while I fall more and more in love with her.' Jeremy thought to himself as followed behind her.

Alexandra was gathering up new skinny jeans and shirts. She grabbed a few hell bunny dresses and tossed them on the counter. She went over to the body jewelry and pointed out all the gauges she wanted. The sales associate walked back over to the counter carrying the gauges Alexandra picked out. Jeremy walked over to the sales associate and handed her his debit card.

"When she's done, use my card to pay for her stuff." Jeremy said. The sales associate looked up.

"Oh my gosh you're..." She started to say but Jeremy cut her off.

"Yes but shhhh I don't to much attention brought to me." He replied. Alexandra walked up then with the last few things she planned on buying. She set it on the counter and the sales associate began ringing up each and every item. Once she was done she swiped Jeremy's card. Alexandra just stared at her with wide eyes.

The sales associate turned to Jeremy and handed him a pen and a receipt.

"I need you to sign this sir." She said. Jeremy signed the receipt and handed back to her. She handed him his card back and handed the bags to Alexandra. Jeremy walked out of the store and Alexandra followed behind him.

"Why did you do that? Huh? I can pay for my own stuff." She said getting up in his face. Alexandra felt a little offended by the fact that he thought she couldn't take care of herself. Jeremy grabbed her waist then and pulled her close.

"I didn't do it because I didn't think you couldn't take care of yourself. I did it cause we got off on the wrong foot and I thought it'd be nice to do that. But I guess I was wrong you can't appreciate that." He said angrily. He glanced at her and realized how close she was. At that moment he couldn't stop himself. He slammed his lips onto hers. She responded instantly but as just as quickly as it happened it quickly stopped. Jeremy let go of her and stormed off.

Alexandra stood there a little shocked and a little dazed. She touched her lips and could still feel the electricity that she felt when he kissed her.

"ALEXANDRA!!!!" She turned around. Neil and Kevin came running up.

"NEIL! KEVIN!" Alexandra yelled. She hugged them both.

"So we just got off the phone with Vic, and he said you could come to the party as our guest!" Kevin said.

"Really?"

"Yeah! So are you coming tonight?" Neil asked poking her side.

"Of course!" Alexandra said. She couldn't wait to go to the party later on.
