Weeks had gone by Alexandra was in her apartment and working like she would have back home. Everything was going smoothly and her friend had sent her the rest of her stuff and Alexandra had unpacked it and gotten all settled in. Today was just another ordinary day at work or that's what Alexandra thought at least.

The boys had just finished up warped tour and were headed home finally. Jeremy couldn't wait to finally get home.

"Yo Jeremy! When we get to Ocala we should stop by your grandmas and get her to cook us a dinner!" Neil yelled from the front of the bus.

Jeremy rolled out of his bunk and walked out to the living area of the bus.

"That's actually a really good idea. She'd most likely do it too." Jeremy stated thinking of his grandmothers homemade mashed potatoes and baked chicken.

The other boys shouted with joy and did a dance. Jeremy signed and laid down on the couch watching spongebob with Kevin. Alex walked up and slung Jeremy's legs off the couch so he could sit down.

"What's wrong man? Alex asked.

"Nothing I just can't wait to sleep in my own bed." Jeremy said.

A few hours later, their bus pulled up to a brick house and all the boys jumped out and ran to the house, not noticing the bluish Kia parked in the driveway.

Jeremy opened the door and walked in.

"Grandma!" Jeremy yelled through the house. He heard the squeak of the old rocking chair his grandmother sat in and the shuffling of feet across the floor.

"Jeremy! My boy. And of course Alex, Neil, Joshua and Kevin. I'm glad y'all are home." Mrs. McKinnon stated kissing each boy on their cheeks.

"Come on in boys, I'll start on dinner right away." Mrs. McKinnon stated walking to the kitchen. The boys dashed into the living room shoving each other out to the way to get onto the love seat. Alex and Kevin ended up on it while Jeremy, Joshua and Neil ended up sitting on the floor.

"Why does it smell like paint in here?" Joshua whispered to Jeremy.

"I don't know I'll ask grandma." Jeremy replied. Mrs. McKinnon shuffled back into the room and sat down in her rocking chair.

"Dinners started boys it'll be done in no time." She stated happily as she began to rock.

"Grandma why does it smell like paint in here?" Jeremy asked.

"Oh I'm having my aid paint my back room for me." She said looking up at the clock. "Oh my she was suppose to leave 45 mins ago." She stated standing up. When she went to take a step though they all heard the noise of feet hitting the floor.

"Mrs. McKinnon, all but one wall is done. Ill finish that one tomorrow." Said a voice as a girl appeared around the corner. A girl maybe about 5' stood there. Her hair was white with her bangs dyed blue. She had angel bites and she wore black skinny jeans, with a white tshirt on. Neil, Kevin and Jeremy's eyes for huge and all of them were thinking of how beautiful she was.

"That's quite alright. Alexandra allow me to introduce you to my grandson and his friends. Jeremy, Neil, Alex, Kevin and Joshua. Boys this is my aide, Alexandra." Mrs. McKinnon stated happily.

"Nice to meet you." Alexandra stated.

"Since I made you stay so late why don't you at least stay for dinner?" Mrs. McKinnon asked her. All the boys slightly hoped she'd say yes.

"Thank you but I actually have plans. Maybe another night. I'll see you tomorrow." Alexandra said.

"Oh alright dear, have fun and be safe."

"I will be." Alex grabbed her keys and headed for the door, thinking 'oh my god, she's Jeremy McKinnon's grandmother! Why didn't I put two and two together?'

When the boys heard the door shut. Neil jumped up before the others could and yelled "dibs." Jeremy walked over to the window and watched her pull away into the night.

"So grandma, how often is she here?" Jeremy asked.

"Everyday, why?" She replied.

"I was just wondering." He said turning back around. Kevin knew that look in his eyes and knew that Jeremy would be here everyday.

After the boys ate dinner they started to say goodbye.

"I'll be by tomorrow grandma." Jeremy said, giving her a hug and climbing onto the bus.

He had to get a good nights sleep so he'd look half way decent tomorrow for Alexandra.
