Bio: Makoto Kadoya has always looked up to his father Tsukasa Kadoya as both a photographer and as a Kamen Rider. When the past enemies of the Kamen Riders started to appear once again, Tsukasa along with Daiki Kaito (Kamen Rider Diend) went to defend the world from the new threat. Unfortunately, while they were able to push the threat back, it cost the two riders their lives.
Makoto picked up the mantle of Decade and trained while the new threat was still recovering. He went to Seton Academy, where he met Jin Mazama along with the other members of the cooking club. Makoto now defends his school from the enemies of the previous nine Kamen Riders along with Jin, who is the Nephew of Kamen Rider Diend.

Bio: Jin grew up having a strong dislike of non-humans due to him getting beat up by a group of young bear boys at daycare when trying to protect a young wolf-girl they were picking on. Jin attends Seron Academy and is apart of the cooking club.
Jin is an unwilling member of Ranka's Pack (the little wolf girl he tried to protect.) Jin meets Makoto after he arrives later in the school year and when he finds out his uncle helped Makoto's dad when he was Decade, he decides to assist Makoto in his fight.
After a run-in with Hakaru Gensai, Kamen Rider Abyss, who works for the Mistress. He finds out that Hakaru is responsible for his uncle's death. After that Makoto reveals that Jin's uncle was Diend and passes his driver to him. Jin now fights alongside Makoto as Kamen Rider Diend, the treasure sniper!
Powers: Unlike Makoto, who turns into the primary riders of each of the previous nine universes, Jin summons all other riders that appeared in those universes to fight by his side. Jin can also summon the primary riders by using any of Makoto's cards. Unfortunately, Makoto cannot use any of Jin's cards.
