If you are shocked why this Remnant looks like this. Well, allow me to answer that you see a year ago this world's Jaune Arc was framed for the attempted murder of a councilwoman and was given to Atlas as a genuine pig. In doing so created the strongest soldier in Remnant The Meta.
Unfortunately for Iron Dick how they made Meta was by fracturing his mind making him have a split his mind so he would be given AIs to become the perfect weapon. They were right Meta was the perfect weapon but they didn't know that the creation of the Meta caused the downfall of Remnant. The scene then changes to the destroyed city of Vale. (A/N: This is how destroyed Vale is.)

Vale was once a prosperous city filled with life but now it was nothing but a remnant of its former self no pun intended. The scene then changes to a man wearing purple clothing as well as wearing a hood walking down the docks of Vale or what's left of it that is. The docks were a mess. I mean shit buildings were either destroyed or looted of goods but anyway the man continues walking and just stares at the ocean and takes in the salty air.
"Awww, even if the docks are destroyed the sea still smells how I remember it." The man then removes his hood to reveal Kyle Rivera "The Multiverse Walker". (A/N: This is what he looks like now.)

Kyle then sighs sadly and breaks the fourth wall, "Used to be Multiverse Walker if you read the last chapter of Walking The Multiverse. You should know that I lost my ability to go into the multiverse. Anyway, allow me to tell you what happened to me so far in Remnant."
