Safe

"I'm sorry... I love you, Mezo."

His eyes widened the smallest bit before he hugged you a bit tighter.

"Please don't apologize (Y/N). You did absolutely nothing wrong... I love you too."

He said softly. He began to play with a few strands of your hair, as you pressed yourself against his chest. Your eyes began to well with tears. You finally got to be in his arms. Hopefully, for good.

He kissed the top of your forehead before the two of you parted and you were taken to another small room where you could be fully examined. You were asked questions, mostly about the Villains and the people who were still there.

Tears fell freely from your eyes as you spoke of Aizawa. He has already risked his life for you multiple times, and he was doing it again. You told them everything you knew, and everything you saw. You tried your best to speak through tears but it was hard not to take deep breaths in between words to calm down. After you were physically examined to make sure no trackers were implanted on you, and to see how bad your injuries were.

"Okay. Thank you for cooperating. Do you have somewhere to stay?"

The asked. You nodded your head as you remembered you still had your dorm. It would be nice to spend time with all your friends, and get to sleep in your own bed.
The cop smiled and nodded, before escorting you back out to the waiting room with Shoji. They still needed to figure out what to do about your injuries and the hospital, but eventually decided on just sending you to a different hospital then before.

You got into the car with Shoji by your side and began driving towards the hospital. Hopefully they would just treat your injury's and send you home, rather than keeping you cooped up in a hospital room once again. You shivered are that thought and leaned over to rest on Shoji's shoulder. He let out a small hum and placed his head on top of yours. You could tell he was exhausted, he had probably had sleeping problems while you were gone.

Once you arrived Shoji took his head off of yours and got out, rushing so he could open the door for you. You smiled and stepped out, kissing him on the cheek. "Thank you." You said softly. You could see a bit of pink on his cheeks from behind his mask. The two of you walked in while being escorted by Police, you felt much safer than before.

You were treated and given some pain medication, before being sent to the dorms. On the way home Shoji fell asleep, it was pretty cute. Once you got there you gently woke him up and opened the door for him so he could get out. He thanked you and adjusted his hair as he walked up to the door. Before he could open it, Ochako swung the door open in her PJ's.

"Y/N!!!!" She screamed as she leaped into your arms. You let out a small 'Unf' as she squeezed you, but giggled and wrapped your arms around her.

"Quit getting hurt (Y/N)!! It scares me half to death every time!!" She exclaimed as she continued to squeeze you. Before long a few other of your classmates began to come out. Surprisingly, Bakugou was one of the first to come out after Ochako. He glared at you, before he smirked. He raised an eyebrow as if he was questioning you. Knowing him, you knew it was just his way of telling you he was happy you were safe.

The entire time the exhausted Shoji stood by your side. Your classmates were happy to see you alive, which made you feel happy.

"Are we going to stand in the hot ass sun all day or are we gonna go the fuck inside?!" Bakugou exclaimed. You chuckled and opened the door, holding Mezo's hand as you stepped in. You kissed him on the cheek and walking him to his dorm so he could sleep.

Before he went inside his dorm he kissed the top of your head. "Are you sure you don't wanna sleep in my dorm?" He asked, as he looked at you with tired eyes. You smiled and nodded your head. "Yeah, you need some sleep Shoji. I'm only gonna keep you awake. Sleep tight, okay?" He nodded and closed the door after waving. You blushed slightly before heading back to your classmates.

"Hey um- (Y/N)?" You looked over to see a nervous Izuku standing there with something in his hand. You smiled at him and nodded. "Hi! What's up?" He cleared his throat as his legs seemed to tremble. "W-well um.. we all made a-a card for you when y-you were in the hospital..." He said shot. He held out the card to you as he awkwardly smiled at you. You smiled as you took the card happily. "Aww, thank you!!" You looked at the card, which was a beautiful pastel yellow shade with white flowers painted on the front. When opened there was a photo of all class 1-A and a cute message. You smiled as your eyes welled with tears.

You looked up to Deku before giving him a big hug. He was stunned at first and you could practically feel the heat coming off his face, but he eventually leaned in.

"Thank you.." you whispered.

He nodded his head as you pulled away form him. "I- it wasn't just me!! Mina, Ochako, Asui, And e- even Bakugou helped!" He exclaimed. You nodded you head, before going off to thank them.

After saying all you're thank you's you are dinner, and went to your dorm to sleep. There you found your phone, untouched laying on your bed. You picked it up and saw a message from Aizawa.

Good news, Shigiraki and most of the league has been captured. You're safe.

"..."

You sat back. The last sentence was so much to take in. We're you actually safe? No- it was too good to be true right. You pinched yourself to make sure you weren't dreaming. You covered your mouth to contain your squeals of excitement. You laidback and looked at your ceiling.

"I'm safe..."

You said. Saying it felt so good. Like a huge bolder has just been lifted off your shoulders.

After all that you've been through.

Your moms death.

Being captured.

Tortured.

Hurt.

You were back with Shoji, you had amazing friends who would continue to help you, you had an amazing teacher.

Your life wasn't perfect, but it was the best you could ever ask for. Especially after what happened.

You were complete.

You were safe.
