Carrick said he had to invite Larry to the reading of the legitimate will. He is bringing his own attorney today. Addy and Carrick put heir heads together and discussed Larry trying to pull this kind of deal where he has him inheriting everything that Addy and Fred left to me and others. She used a rubber stamp that was kept at Carrick's office in his safe. She would sign the will and in the right corner of each page there would be her signature stamped over with a duck that you could see the signature inside the body part. You had to look closely at it. Larry didn't know about it since he was too preoccupied with what he might or might not inherit. She also had a stamp for the back of each page as well. Plus the paper the will is on is special ordered, another way to keep Larry from getting his mitts on anything that he wasn't left in the true will.
Larry
I arrive and low and behold the little woman that was in my sisters house was there. I speak to my attorney about getting her legally evicted from Addys home.. plus I want all the cars as well as the truck. I spoke to my attorney who is not as nice as I am. He plays dirty. So here we are and he has the will that I gave him from my sister. He has no idea that the will I handed him is one I wrote and forged my sisters name on it. My attorney is being paid whether we win or not, but I am going to make them pay for not giving me what I deserve to have of my sisters.
Albert George Attorney
Oh boy Carrick Grey this is going to be hard and my client better be telling me the truth about this will he handed me. If it is a fake he will be paying me for making me look bad. I see his niece and her husband and the young lady who now resides in his sisters home. He tried to kick her out today again. She called his niece and the niece told him if he didn't leave right then he would face criminal trespass charges. He left because he has been in trouble before and his sister and her husband made him pay them back or go to jail and then they fired him. He was not allowed to handle anything but a mop. That s why he is supposedly the only heir to his sisters estate, she was making it up to him for making him the janitor. This guy has been lying about all of this but I want to meet Carrick Grey, we don't really run in the same circles and I got lucky with Larry.
Carrick Grey
I start the meeting introducing everyone and then we get into the reason we are here. Before I get to the reading of the will Albert hands me what he thinks is the decedents will. I asked him where he got it and he tells me Larry brought it to him. I ask if we can go over it real fast, he assures me I can. I look at the signature and laugh to myself. I give it back and say well that is a nice work of fiction you have there. Now let's read the real will shall we? Oh by the way your client still owes the estate money from when he worked at his sisters company. We will go over that, but not the reasons he owes it yet. If he fails to pay the contract is broken and he knows what will occur if he breaks his agreements. Don't you Larry? I wrote that agreement up for your sister and her husband. I know everything and guess what I have all I need to follow through if you don't pay up. Jessie and David are who you need to write the check to and it's past due. Hope you have your checkbook today. Otherwise you have 7 days to hand it over. Anyway here goes.
Jessie you are her main benefactor and she has left you the bulk of her estate. David will inherit if anything happens to you while in transition. The exception is the house and cars that are on her property at ——- ——— Blvd Seattle Washington. That property and the cars and truck go to Ana along with all furniture and appliances along with artwork and anything in the safes. Also she left you money to finish your college courses. David the boat is yours since you took great care of her. The home she is docked at is also yours, share it with your family lol. Addy had a funny since of humor, since I know you and Jessie take the children there almost every weekend it is nice enough to go out on the boat. So now for Larry she leaves you with this message and 1.00. I hand him the envelope and the copy of the amount he is getting from her estate along with the amount he still owes the estate and it's not a small amount. Over 200k is left to pay, he originally owed 500k so he is trying to pay it off. I show Albert the will and he nods and asks me how did I know it is her final will? I wrote it while she was in my office and we have witnesses to the same. I can call them if you wish.
Albert
I see the date is later than the one we have so unless Larry wants to have the witnesses come in we are done here.
Larry
I want to contest this farce of a will and I want that little bitch off my property today.
Carrick
Well in that case here is the restraining orders for you Larry you are not allowed with 500 foot of any of these people and your great niece and nephew. You are also not allowed on any of your sisters property's as of now. So start moving out of the cabin. Today. I expect the keys to it along with any cars of your sisters. We have a list of assets and we know about all of them.
Larry
I want to contest that will and have mine put into effect now. I look at Albert and he says listen your will not hold up in court so unless you have more money to throw away I am done here. Carrick it was nice finally meeting you loved the way you won that last case it was a landmark decision.
Albert
Come on Larry you owe me money and I am getting it now. Let's go and let these folks get on with it. Send me the copies okay? Carrick assures me he will do it as soon as he finishes today. He hands me his card and I give him mine. As I am walking out Attorney Billings says hi and states he was late to the reading and hopes it all went well. His client is his assistant and apparently was left something.
Attorney Billings
I walk into the office and we all work everything out and Ana is concerned about it all since she has no idea why anyone would leave her anything. Jessie says it is because of what you gave her was far more valuable than what she left you.
