What - Was it bad ? I can buy you something else - if- if that's what you'd want ?

"[ n/n ]-Chan!" Choko called from the doorway of her classroom, making [ y/n ] jump, "C'mon!"
"Where to?" [ y/n ] came up next to Choko.
"Fuji-Kun and Hiroki are waiting for you!"
"What- why?"
"Well, You don't really hang out with anyone during breaks so I came to change that! Hiroki and Fuji-Kun usually hang in my classroom so I thought you should join us!"
"Fujimoto hangs out with you and your boyfriend during break?" [ y/n ] laughed, "He plays, oh hold on- don't tell me- uh, point- point guard...?"
"Bingo! You're getting the hang of the positions!" Choko giggled, sliding open the door to class 3-2, "[ n/n ]-Chan's here!"
"Hello!" [ y/n ] greeted, joining the other third and first year.
"Ay, [ y/n ]-San!" Fujimoto grinned at her, "Glad you could join us!"
"We're having a riveting conversation about The best basketball team in the prefecture," Tsukuda added sarcastically.
"Well, which team is it?" Choko hopped onto one of the desks. She patted the desk next to her, signaling for [ y/n ] to join her on the desktops.
"Well, for the longest time it was Shiratorizawa but just last year they were dethroned by Aoba Johsai,"
"Seijoh beat Shiratorizawa?" [ y/n ] inquired, "Shiratorizawa is a powerhouse, right? I mean, they have the strongest volleyball team in the prefecture,"
"Oh, that's right. You were a volleyball girl weren't 'cha?"
"Oh- uh yeah, I was," she let out a soft awkward laugh.
"Ah yeah, well, in volleyball that's the case. Aoba Johsai has one hell of basketball team now, they have a player who's like 190cm, one hell of a Power Forward,"
"190? That's really tall! Like, 30cm taller than me!" Choko shuttered, "What year? third?"
"Nope, First, he's new to the sport, I think, but he's crazy athletic."
"Let's just hope he's not as bad as Fuji-Kun!" Choko teased, causing a laugh from everyone but Fujimoto.
"So harsh!"
"I don't mean any of it!" She stuck her tongue out at him, "oh, I want juice. [ y/n ]-Chan, come with?"
"Yeah," The girls hopped off the desk, Choko grabbed [ y/n ]'s hand as she skipped out of the classroom and down the hall.
"So, [ n/n ]-Chan," Choko grinned at her, pressing her knuckle into the vending machine.
"What?"
"Do you and Fujimoto ever think about going out?" [ y/n ] cocked her head as Choko asked her that.

"So, [ n/n ]-Chan? Do you and Fujimoto ever think about going out?" Kageyama froze in his tracks at what he heard.
"What? Fujimoto and me...?" [ y/n ] sounded flustered. He couldn't see her, due to the fact that he was listening from around the corner, "I don't know, I mean- I haven't really thought about it, I guess. That's so random, Choko, we've barely spoken!"
"Oh, but you sure seem interested in him. Oh, and the way he looks at you?" The other girl's voice responded followed by a short laugh, "you'd be one hell of a couple," he felt his fist clench at every word that came out of her mouth.
"You sound like Tsukuda when you talk like that-" [ y/n ] laughed, the other girl let out a mischievous huff.
"Sure, Sure. do ya' want anything? I'll pay for it."
"Oh no, I can pay-"
"[ n/n ]-Chan, It's only 100 yen, I'll pay,"
"Okay, uh, milk- please," There was a slight uncertainty to her voice as if she didn't know if she actually wanted it or not. He shook his head and left, going to a different vending machine than the one she was at.

"One milk coming right up!" Choko turned around, putting more money into the machine.
"Thank you, Choko," She smiled, cautiously taking the milk from her friend. She held it between her two hands as she lifted it to her lips and took a sip.

"You sure like Milk a lot, Tobio," [ y/n ] let out a giggle, thanking him as she took the milk from his hand.
"Yeah, I do." He answered simply.
"I only started drinking it because you'd buy it for me. I'm really starting to like it now!" She took another sip from the milk, smiling brightly up at him, "Thanks for introducing me to my favorite drink, Tobio!"

The familiarity of it all almost made her choke on the drink. She lowered the carton from her face and sighed quietly before she tossed the drink into the nearby trash bin. It was no point trying to drink milk again, the emotional response would be too much for her, so she didn't even try to face it.
"What- Was it bad? I can buy you something else- if-if that's what you'd want?" Choko frantically asked, pulling more money from her pocket.
"Oh- oh no! That's sweet of you, but I'm good," [ y/n ] lied behind her smile, "I promise, You shouldn't spend more money on me."
"Are you sure? I- I mean, I'm fine with paying for another one." [ y/n ] smiled and held up her hands, nodding. "Okay, if you're sure,"
"I'm sure, we should get back to the others before they wonder what happened to us," Choko nodded agreeing with her and grabbing [ y/n ] hand once again.

"Fancy seeing you here," She turned to see Fujimoto behind her, a grin on his face, "How'd your classes go?"
"Eh, they were fine. What about you?"
"There was a guy that had a complete meltdown in class but other than that, it was an average day,"
"Oh wow, who?" She asked him, laughing.
"I dunno, it was over something completely stupid," He shrugged. His hand came up to her face brushing her hair partially behind her ear. "Oh, ah- sorry, there was- there was something in your hair... yeah,"
"Oh? It's fine," she repeated his motion, tucking her hair behind her ear completely. A small blush had come to his face. A shiver ran down Fujimoto's spine, causing him to look behind his shoulder. Another first year was farther behind them, but still clearly visible. He was glaring at Fujimoto, if looks could kill, Fujimoto would certainly be dead. He returned the glare, though it was not as threatening before he turned back and continued walking beside [ y/n ] to practice.
