Taehyungs pov..

"What?! No! We can't let them out on the streets again!!! Especially Harley Quinn!!! He'll never listen to you!"

Irene stands at the front of the room with her arms crossed "look...Mr Kim...you are not in charge here....so please...keep your mouth shut...mayor....please....these criminals can do good!...they have supernatural powers....
For example...
Baekhyun...has never missed a shot....he's a hitman
Minhyuk...an ex-gangster...he killed his own family....
Soobin....he's a thief...robbed all the banks in Australia and moved over here to rob all of the banks here....
Kai....he is a mutant....he can break cars in half.... considered a monster....so...we treat him like a monster....
And of course.....your personal favourite Mr Kim....
Harley Quinn....also known as Dr jeon...a former psychiatrist at BIGHIT asylum....he is jokers sidekick....many people call them the king and queen of Korea....you think jokers bad?....Harley is worse..."

The mayor scoffs "and you expect me to just let them out on the streets loose? You've lost your mind Irene!"
Irene shakes her head "no... because I have the one thing they'll all listen to.....a witch",
The mayor raises an eyebrow "now it's a magic show?",

Irene turns to mina...an ex-explorer "mina...if you could?"
Mina stands up and nods, she looks down and whispers something.
Irene picks up a briefcase and opens it
My eyes widen when suddenly mina changes

Irene smirks "this is the witch...stole the body of mina.....and this....is her heart"
She turns the briefcase forwards towards us. We all back away a little

The mayor gulps "and you expect those criminals to fight...with us?"
Irene nods "I can make them....it's what I do....I can make people work against their own will...." She looks at the witch "we'd like mina back now..."

The witch looks at her and then at the briefcase. Irene then digs her pen into the heart causing the witch so scream. Soon enough mina is back to her normal self. She looks around and then runs out the room.

Irene closes the briefcase "as long as I have the heart...she can't do anything to harm anyone...she will follow my orders...so mayor...if anything breaks out....will you let me inforce my group?"

The mayor sighs and nods "fine....I will allow you to use these criminals....this better not go wrong Irene..."
Irene smirks "it won't....I have a way to make them listen"
I huff and stand up "this is stupid! You're allowing Psychos to roam around again!"

The mayor nods "and you and Namjoon will be with them at all times...it is your duty to keep them in line....and if they step out of line....wipe them from the earth..."
I sigh and nod "yes sir..."

God I hope nothing too bad happens so we have to call them out....
They're so stupid! Thinking of putting criminals back out on the streets....fucking dickhead.

Irene smiles "I will go back to the asylum and I will examine each and every one of the criminals I have chosen out....Mr Kim....you are expected to come with me.... understood?" I nod "yes ma'am.."

Namjoon sighs "I don't think this is s good option to have open on the table..."
The mayor shrugs "it's our only option if something world threatening happens....I know you don't like the idea....none of us do....but they're the only ones who can keep our world safe if some mutant decides to try and kill us all"

I huff and sir back in my chair staring at "Harley's" photo...
He wasn't meant to be like this.....
And now he's being used as a weapon?...

My poor Kookie.....
I want to help him.....but....he's not jungkook anymore.....he's Harley Quinn.....a monster.....
