"Ashley!" Olivia stormed into the cafeteria with Chelsea with puffed cheeks, her hands on her hips, and a hint of anger in her eyes. Chelsea didn't mind coming back to the same place where she was sure everyone was watching and/or labeling her as that 'girl who ran away crying', but she didn't care- She was with Olivia, that's all that mattered to her.
The group of Olivia's friends at the table noticed two girls were approaching, but the majority looked away after realizing they weren't being called.
The one girl who was called, Ashley, turned to Olivia calmly. She had hair that was dyed snow-white, and piercing blue eyes along with a make-up filled face. She had a short sleeveless black shirt with a single small, white skull worn above a long-sleeved striped shirt. She also had black pants.
Since Chelsea never really distinguished the many faces on the table- there were about five or so people on that table- She never really noticed her existence until now. Before she just glossed over every single them when she was there- never really detailing who they were simply because they were strangers to her. Ashley, however, had somewhat intimidated the shy girl, but Olivia being next to her made her feel safe.
"Hm?" Ashley asked, showing a bit of apathy on her face. She stood up and walked to the two of them face to face.
"You were saying mean stuff to my girl over here?" Olivia said. Chelsea's face flushed in embarrassment. 'M-my girl'? She didn't know what to think. Chelsea wanted Olivia to one day say she was her girlfriend, but she wasn't mentally prepared for that. Maybe she should be bracing herself more often, she thought.
"Huh?" Ashley said.
"You're saying bad stuff to her or something?" Olivia said.
"No," Ashley said. Her voice was very monotone and calm. "Not really..."
"Really? Uhhh..." Olivia turned to Chelsea. "...Chel? What'd did she say to you?"
"...Don't worry about it. It's fine and isn't a big deal-"
"Nah, na-na-na-na-na-NAH. Nope. Tell me." Olivia said abruptly.
"No..." Chelsea said. "It's awkward now. Just forget it."
"Why not? Just tell me so we can deal with the problem."
"She's talking about how I said she only hangs out with you." Ashley said. "Chelsea's right; it isn't a big deal. Chill."
Olivia pouted. "Really?"
"Yes, really," Ashley said. "Now sit down, you're embarrassing yourself."
"Fine, fine. I'm watchin' you though," She said, gesturing with her fingers by pointing at her own eyes then back at Ashley's. She grinned widely.
"Yeah, yeah, yeah, you tell yourself that, ya loser. You'll forget about this in a few minutes anyway." She said.
"Shut up!" Olivia said while laughing. "No I won't!"
"Yup. All right. After lunch ends I'm gonna ask what you thought Chelsea and I's 'conflict'" She used her fingers to gesture quotations "-was." She finished.
"PFFT- I'll remember! Just you watch." Olivia said. "Thooough...I'ma get going and leave you two to bond, yeah?" Olivia said. Chelsea's head bolted to her, the redhead had a face saying 'please don't leave me' written all over it.
"See you!" Olivia said. Chelsea almost reached out in lament toward Olivia as she made her way to the table to talk to her group of friends, leaving the two of them alone. The two stared at Olivia as she sat down with some friends and started chatting along.
