Quinton still felt bad for what happened between us, so he decided to try and make up for it.
"I have an ideaaa" he said in a babyish voice
"and what might that be" I asked while smiling
"were going on a date tonight, my house at 9" he replied
Before I could say anything else, he hopped off my bed and went back to his house. I decided to ask Lila if she wanted to hang out for the day.

Her: yup
You: wanna go surfing
Her: im down
You: Ok ill get you at 12
I went into my bathroom and put on this bathing suit -

I went downstairs to grab a water bottle and some money in case we go anywhere else. I went out to the garage to grab my board to put on my car. My car isn't able to fit my board inside, so I was attempting to put it on top myself. I guess it was pretty obvious I was struggling because I heard someone say "need some help with that?
I turned around to see Quinton laughing at me and motioned for him to come over. He helped me get the board up on top and secured.
"Thanks for the help" I say while grabbing my water
"no problem, I see you're going surfing" he replies
"yeah I'm getting Lila in 5 minutes"
"cool have fun!" he says before walking away
I hop into my car put on some music. I drove a few minutes over to Lilas and help her put her board up top. We jammed out to music for a while before arriving at the beach. We got our boards off the car and took off our normal clothes.
"race you to the water!" lila says as she takes off running.
We weren't the best at surfing, but it was still really fun. After about an hour we decided to take a break and try to tan. As we were setting our towels out she says
