Chapter 3

Today is a day that will surely change most of people's lives. The result will come out face to face and we will also choose on the spot and there's no turning back.

I'm feeling mixed emotions but still managed to get here together with my parents. Thankfully, they are now allowed to get near the testing center.

I stopped walking when I saw a very long line where we will get the result one by one and there are four lines for the respective chosen personas.

"We'll just leave you here baby, we're not allowed to go there." My Mom smiled sweetly and held my hand.

"Thanks for walking me here Mom, Dad."

"It's nothing baby, anything for you.." I laughed when my Mom squeezed my cheeks and that made here laugh too.

I have to get into the line to get my result or else I will stand up here for too long but I still want to be with my family to feel at ease.

"You go now, Amelia." Dad uttered with authority but you can still feel the warmth. I sighed and nod. I smiled at them and turned around to get into the line for the results.

"Just remember... follow your heart." After three steps, my Dad told me that. With just five words, it already made my day. Thanks Dad.

I've been here in the line for already thirty minutes and just 10 more people, it will be my turn.

Since I get here in line, my mind become so calm not thinking of what will happen next. Maybe that's because of what my father said earlier.

I'm still moving my eyes, trying to find Ender but I still have not seen him.

I held my waist trying to get my balance since my legs are already getting tired of standing.

"Yeah, I also heard that he's not only seeing just this one girl, but they're a lot." I heard some chuckling.

"Really? Even if Ender is like that, I still want to be one of his girls. I'd love that!"

"I really thought Ender is a super nice guy though, but hell he's such a damn bad hot guy!"

"I just saw him earlier here, I think he's still inside to get his result."

What..did..I..just..hear..?

I feel like I will explode anytime and I feel so weak right now.

It's not him right? Not the Ender I know.

But how can I be so sure? He's so popular in Garzena...

"Next!"

"Next, miss! Miss! Miss!" I came back to my senses when a guard shouted at me.

"I'm sorry.." I weakly uttered as I started walking inside.

"State your name and birthday." The lady inside told me when I got in front of her.

"Amelia Belleza Carson, December 24, 2***"

"Go, wait inside for your result. It will be shown on the screen."

I nodded and followed her instruction. I looked for a seat and went there while waiting.

"Hi." I turned my head at my side and saw a beautiful young woman smiling at me. I smiled back to recognize her sweetness.

"Hi, you are?"

"I'm Emma Finley. Born as a Sentinel, dreaming to be an Analyst." She offered her hand and chuckled.

"What a dream." I shook her hand while shaking my head.

"How about you? What do you want to become?"
