- A month later after the allies' decisive victory... -

The victory that the allies had achieved against the Noxian Empire was a costly one. Many have fallen in battle and it is tragic, but (Anondric) have shown them that this is the true price to pay for peace in a world where conquerors are everywhere. Slowly, they have come to accept the reality of war. Many continued to resist the changes, but there was no stopping them; war will only spread to the rest of Ionia if they do not act.

And so they adapt, just like the Accord are teaching them. With the Ionians starting to accept violence, their ranks swelled as more and more volunteered to protect their homeland. The sudden change on the Ionians' attitude towards the war itself have left the Noxian Empire unprepared. The natives and even well-known individuals such as one Master Yi of Wuju did whatever they can to hinder any progress, often resorting to guerilla tactics - something the Accord warmasons may or may not have a hand on. Their logistics took a great hit and their commanders wounded or outright assassinated, allowing the allied forces to consolidate their forces and push the line back.

Their small combined fleet of twenty-one ships were further augmented by Ionian fishing boats and together, they targeted and harassed isolated imperial navy warships around the clock, even going as far as to attack other smaller squadrons. The imperial marines onboard the imperial navy ships were nothing compared to the veteran marines of the Accord and when their ships are boarded, they were no match. The combined fleet was often hunted down, but thanks to the skillful tactical maneuvering of Captain Tirpitz and his naval officers, they have stretched the imperial navy thin that reinforcing their armies in the mainland is becoming more difficult.

It couldn't be more convenient as (Anondric) and the commanders of the allied forces launched assault after assault, wearing down the imperial forces and gaining momentum for their own. To further bring the tides in their favor, Ionian fishermen have taken it in their hands to sabotage shipments of supplies in their coastal ports, furthering the progress made by the allied forces. Victory seemed near, but the Accord knew better than to be complacent.

After all, there have been no signs of Sion or any Noxian champion made themselves known ever since their last major offensive.

(Anondric) and his Chief Myrmidons, Irelia, and Yasuo are in the middle of planning their next assault just days after their last one. There was no time to waste as the initiative is theirs. Even if the empire were to send their champions to stop the allied advance, there won't be enough to stop all of them and by the time that they did, the allies would have liberated the mainland and would already be raiding their ports in Fae'lor.

Speed and surprise are the main factors of their victories, not power. If they are to continue keeping the empire by the ropes, the war would end in a month, considering all goes well.

"They're getting desperate. They've committed most of their resources further in and left their outlying outposts less fortified." Chief Deviss commented as they observed the situation on a map that is practically full of markings that indicated their movements.

"Correct. And if they are holding their inner forts tighter, then it means that they are preparing for something." Irelia replied.

"A counterattack perhaps?" Chief Pierre said, but he shook his head. "No, that can't be. If that was the case, they would have done so already when they had more resources at their disposal."

"Or they could be awaiting for reinforcements. I fear that there could be Noxian champions in Fae'lor awaiting to be transported here or worse, already here." Irelia said as she thought about it.

"That is very possible." This time, (Anondric) spoke. "Captain Tirpitz and our makeshift navy have been doing great work at keeping the Empire's fleets at bay, but they are still far too small to blockade the entire channel."
