How Did We End Up Here?

Chapter 3

(Luke's POV)

"Alright let's do this boys " i said

"YEAH!" they all announced

"Alright let's go" i replied.

Me and the boys have been waiting all day to hunt....and when i say hunt I mean feed, we feed from humans.But don't worry we don't kill them we just feed from them and erase their memory.Unlike most vampires we still have hearts, most people think we are blood sucking demons from hell who walk around killing people with no hesitation, but no,not all vampires are the same.

So now we are currently on our way to the woods deciding animal blood would work for tonight giving the humans a break.....i guess we have some dignity right?

"Boys" I announce when I see two deers ahead "right over there" I whispered

We were just about to pounce on our pray when I smelled it, or should I say someone. I think the boys smelled it too cause they were already running toward the direction of the scent. all I could think of was

"Mate."

(Jake's POV)

We just arrived in front of the woods unloading the car. Once we were done I turned toward Daniel

"Ready?" I asked

"Yeah" he replied

"Alright let's go."

We walked in prepared, ready for the worst, both of our cross bows in hand and guns tucked away into our back pockets side by side.

The woods are one of the most dangerous places to hunt vampires supposedly that's why we were never aloud to hunt here before or at least by ourselves but from the looks of it I personally don't agree.

5 minutes into the woods we heard a branch crunch to my left. I swiftly turned my head in that direction, cross bow pointed with dani faced the other way, so now we're back to back.

"Who's there?" I asked, a minute passed by and all we hear is silence.

Must be an animal

"Let's keep going " Daniel said, I nodded my head in agreement continuing our walk

Couple minutes later we hear it again but louder and closer

*Crunch *

"Alright who the fucks there!" I shouted

I felt a breeze brush passed me then a quiet whisper

"Hello Beautiful"

I jumped looking around furious

Oh shit is about to get real

"COME ON OUT BITCH!" Daniel shouted.

"Awww don't swear it's not cute, but you sure are." that voice I heard from Daniel's side on the right.

Before I can react my cross bow was snatched from my grip thrown somewhere into the dark and I was pinned against a tree.

"Hey babe" a red head boy whispered in my ear.

Oh great

"Get the Fuck off of me" I growled my fist now clenched

"Oh feisty one, I like that " he said leaning forward brushing his lips on my ear.

not gonna lie it might have been hot just a little

"Get away from my brother " Daniel said, and that's when I noticed two guys or should I say vampires holding him in the same position I was in, one had black hair with blonde streaks and brown eyes. The other one was tall with blonde hair and blue eyes.

"If you expect us to beg for our lives you've got it all wrong" I spat.

"Oh cupcake,I don't want you to beg for anything unless it's sexual things, I'd love to hear you beg for me" he said winking

"Let us go or we'll kill you" I threatened ignoring his comment

"I'm afraid we can't do that " a curly haired boy with hazel eyes said

"Fine" Daniel said pushing himself away from they're hold on him swinging a fist at the two boys that were holding him

I took that moment to punch green eyes in the stomach making him loosen his grip on me and hunched over groaning in pain.

I then ran over to Daniel pulling him over to our cross bows picking them up aiming toward the four vampires only to find them nowhere in site.

"Where they go?" Daniel asked

"Right here love" someone answered behind us

With a flash we turned around pulling out our guns shooting in that direction.

Since we were out numbered we didn't think twice we just turned back around running for the car.

When we made it back to the car we hopped in throwing the weapons in the back seat.

I started my car and drove away as quick as possible.

"Fuck, dad's gonna kill us when he finds out " dani stated

"Just keep your mouth shut don't say anything to him about it, got it?"

"Yeah, i got it " he replied

When we made it home, we quickly unlocked the door looking behind us to make sure nobody's watching and walked inside closing the door and locking it.

We ran upstairs and went straight to our rooms.

When I shut my door I slumped to the floor back against the door with my head in my hands

"Fuck" i groaned.

We could have died tonight is all i kept thinking about.

I got up deciding to head to bed.

I pulled my shirt over my head throwing it onto the floor.

Before I laid in bed I heard my brother scream

"AHHHHH JAKE "

I sat up and ran out the door only to see curly and green eyes grinning looking me up an down

"Hello Gorgeous "

And that's all i remember before i seen black
