Chapter 4

(Daniel's POV)

I woke up groaning with a massive headache, sitting up clutching my head.

"What the fuck happened?" I asked myself groaning again.

That's when I noticed my surroundings, unfamiliar surroundings might I add, and then I heard the familiar voices bickering about something.

"I think we should wake them up "

"No calum for the last time "

"Fine" the voice of'calum' Im guessing groaned.

"But I do think we should check on them, make sure they're alright." another voice said.

"Yeah, I agree."one of them added and that's when I panicked.

"Jake wake up" I yelled whispered elbowing his ribs.

"Mmmhum Fuck off " he whined slapping my hand away from him.

"Jake they're coming " I said quickly "Jake get up now " I added.

"Who?" then his face came to realization "Oh shit " he sat up rushing up out of bed me doing the same.

"There's no way out "Jake mumbled "Fuck."

"Just pretend we're sleeping " I replied running to the bed me and Jake laying down quickly covering ourselves with the blanket.

The door cracked open

"We know you guys are awake " I hear one of them say

"No they're not, maybe we should feed from them before they do tho" another one said

Oh shit

I'm hearing them walk towards us and our eyes widen.

"NO" me and Jake shouted in sync throwing the covers off making a run for it.

We didn't get far

"Hey hey hey, you guys won't get far anyways, why try?." one grabbed me and pulled me back against his chest.

"Relax, we weren't really gonna feed from you, it was just a test we knew you guys were awake " curly said

"What do you want from us?" Jake asked

"Well, why don't we introduce ourselves first?" Blondie questioned

"No just let- I got cut off by him

"Luke, Luke Hemmings" he said ignoring what I was gonna say.

"Him over there" he said pointing at curly "is Ashton."

"Hi"

"We don't care, just let us go" I said avoiding eye contact.

The boy holding me tilted my head up making me look at him.

"Why are you hiding that beautiful face love?" he asked

"I try " he said winking at me

Wait how did he? he cut me off mid thought

"I can read people's minds " he confirmed

"Yeah"

"Stop reading my mind " I said annoyed he only chuckled.

"I'm calum" he then introduced himself.

"And i'm Mikey well Michael but you can call me Mikey" he said mostly to Jake

"Well?" Blondie- well Luke asked looking at us expectantly.

"Well what?" I asked

"What's your name love?" Luke asked

"Daniel " I answered " and that's Jake " I added.

"Well, nice to meet you guys properly this time, without getting shot at" the ashton guy said laughing afterwards.

"Yeah you shot me in the arm asshole " Mikey chuckled

"You never answered my question, what do you guys want from us?" Jake asked

"If you wanted us dead you would've killed us already so let us go" he added

"Maybe we just wanna be friends." Ashton murmured but he didn't look serious.

"Well" calum started "we can't let you guys go unless you're willing to come back." he finished

"What do you mean?" Jake asked confused, his eyebrows knitted together

"We mean you guys are very important to us" Mikey said

still very confused I continued asking questions

"Why are we so important to you guys, I mean you don't even know us " I stated

"Yeah we killed plenty of your kind " Jake pitched in.

Ashton looked at the rest of them. They all nodded and he looked back at us before answering

"Your our mates. Jake's mine and Michael's and you're calum's and Luke's." he replied.

If my eyeballs could pop out of my head, they'd be long gone by now
