Chapter 12

(Jake's POV)

Once we got 'home' me and dani called it a night and announced we were gonna hit the hay. But of course it's not all that easy.

"Hug?" Ashton asked

"No."

"Kiss?" Michael then added

"No." I stated blankly walking passed them and heading to the steps

"Goodnight cutie." Luke said hugging dani unexpectedly

"Let go of me please." Daniel" struggled against him

"Sorry" he said letting go

"Goodnight guys." dani said running passed me and up the stairs

"Goodnight!" Calum and Luke yelled after him

I rolled my eyes going up the steps and to my room closing the door behind me.

(Luke's POV)

"He loves me." Michael sighed plopping down on the couch only to have ashton punch his shoulder "Us. he loves us." he corrected himself

Calum laughed softy "Oh? cupid finally came around Mikey?"

Michael glared at him throwing a pillow at his face "Fuck you Calum."

"Don't get too happy Mike. They hate us." I implied

"And how would you know that? Mr know it all." ash asked

"I just think we should lay low for awhile. Give them some space, I mean we always hit on them and shit as it is. Im just saying, we should back off for a little." I shrugged leaning against the wall

They all looked at me with a blank expression for a minute then broke in to a fit of laughter

"Why are you laughing?"

"That was a great little speech luke really but," Michael wiped the tears from his eyes "that's not gonna happen."

"Yeah Luke, lightin up abit. They'll come around." Ashton said calmly

"If im remembering correctly they're straight! am I the only one in reality here?"

"Actually, luke has a point guys." Calum chipped in

"Thank you!"

"I totally understand what you're saying right now, I do but you have to try right? what the hell guys'! are me and Michael the only ones with the ball's here?" ash asked

"Try?"

"Yes. matter of a fact, I bet they'll fall for us within a week." Ashton confirmed

"I second that."

"Fine, but when all shit hits the fan just know I was right." I said walking up to my room

(Daniel's POV)

Before Luke can come up the stairs I ran to Jake's room shutting the door quietly locking the door. Yeah I heard everything. I can't believe those fuckers made a bet. like seriously?

"Daniel." I turned around facing my brother " what are you doing?"

"I'll tell you what im doing," I say sitting next to him " I was walking downstairs to grab something to drink when I heard them jack asses talking about us."

"And ?"

"They made a bet that we would fall for them Jake, can you believe that?!" I whisper yell throwing my hands in the air

"Oh?" he asked amused

"Yeah." I huffed laying backwards on his bed

He chuckled "You seem annoyed by this," he sat up putting his phone down " how bout we make this interesting?"

"How?"

"I don't know, maybe we can tease them and still act like dicks toward them."

"Im not following " I stated confused

He rolled his eyes and explained " We be nice to them, maybe even flirt abit and then walk away acting like it never happened."

I sat up and nodded "It sounds mean but im up for it. when do we start?"

"Tomorrow."

I nodded and got up walking to the door "You're a genius J."

He smirked "Aren't I always?"

I unlocked the door and walked out "Goodnight"

"Night bro."

With that I walked to my room and shut the door behind me. I changed  and walked to my bed laying down throwing the blankets over me and close my eyes smirking.
