(The same day as Louise collapse)

"Sean. open up!" Mr. Choi bangs on his son's door. "I will not Dad! Not until you turn down that marriage proposal!" Sean yelled at the other side of the door. "It's for you, Sean! It's for your own future!" Mr. Choi said. "My own future? I will decide my own future. I will decide who I will marry." Sean answered back. "But she is your friend right? Louise is your friend. Sean, I can't turn down Mr. Thompson." Mr. Choi pleaded. "What do you mean?" Sean asked.

"Open the door, I'll explain it to you." Mr. Choi said with his pleading voice. Sean opened the door and let his father inside his room. Mr. Choi gulped some courage and said, "Mr. Thompson buys our company Sean."

Sean widened his eyes in disbelief. "W-what? Are we in the verge of collapsing? You didn't tell me anything." Sean said raising his voice. "I'm sorry Sean." Mr. Choi said. "Mr. Thompson buys the entire company. He said that I should let you marry Louise so that the company will be ours again. I can't lose this company Sean. My Father built this with his sweat and blood. But I'm afraid of losing you also. I know that this is hard. Very hard. This is against your will." Mr. Choi added.

Sean is just speechless as he looked at his Father. "I-I'm sorry Dad. I didn't know." Sean said. "It's okay. I will call Mr. Thompson and cancel the deal." Mr. Choi got up and was ready to take his phone out but Sean stop him. "I'll do it." Sean said. "To save this company that you adore. And I'm feeling okay, knowing that you also consider my feelings when it comes to this matter." Sean said. "Are you really sure about that Sean? This can ruin your friendship." Mr. Choi said. "I know. But I don't have a choice." Sean answered.

"Mr. Thompson really put us in a pinch." Mr. Choi said. "Yeah. I'm going to contact Louise. Can I have my phone now?" Sean said. Mr. Choi nodded and handed his phone to him. "I turn it off. It was ringing nonstop." he then said. "It was probably them. I'm sure they are worried sick." Sean responded. "But you can't go to school tomorrow. Remember, Mr Thompson requested me to home school you. But don't worry Sean, I will find a solution to get out of this situation." Mr. Choi assured his Son. Sean just nodded 8n response. After the talk, his Dad took off and he is on his room alone. It wasn't lock anymore. He opened his phone and saw all the missed calls and messages. It was not just from the Tantei Club but also from Rachel. He and Rachel have been communicating secretly because they don't want to get teased at.
