~C/N's POV~
My girlfriend Y/N just moved into her own apartment a few week ago so i was planning on surprising her. I got ready and hopped in my car. I finally arrived to the building and went up to her floor. She gave me a key so i walked right on in. When i walked in i didnt see her anywhere.
"Y/N?" I yelled while walking throught the apartment. I knocked on the bathroom door and there was no response.
"Babe!" I screamed banging on the door. I knew she had a key for the bathroom door somewhere so i quickly searched for it. I found it and quick unlocked the door. When i got into the bathroom Y/N was lying on the floor unconscious.
"Y/N!" a kneeled down and shook her. I quickly called the cops. There was an empty pill bottle on the floor next to her. A few seconds layer the cops and some paramedics ran in the room.
"What happened?" The one cop asked as the paramedics and the other got Y/N.
"I have no idea, I came to see her and i found her like this," i replied holding back tears.
"Youre her husband?"
"Boyfriend," the cop nodded at me and they took her down into the ambulance. I couldnt go in the ambulance with her so i drove close behind in my car. Of course they took her right back when we arrived at the hospital so i had to sit in the waiting room. I called
BSF/N, G/BSF(Guy bestfriend), and Y/N's parents and then started to sob. I sat in the far corner of the waiting room with my head down. I few minutes later BSF/N and G/BSF ran in and over to me.
"Is Y/N okay?" BSF/N asked as the two of them at next to me.
"I dont know yet," I replied not taking my head up.
"What exactly happened?" G/BSF questioned.
"I walked in the apartment and couldnt find her. The bathroom was locked so i got the key and unlocked it. When i got in there i found her on the ground," I explained as tears ran down my face. A few seconds later Y/N's parents came in and walked over to us.
"C/N!" her mom hugged me.
"Any updates?" her dad asked and I shook my head no. The five of us sat there in silence until a doctor came out. Our heads quickly faced him as he walked towards us.
"We saved her, you should be able to go back and see her in a second," he continued, "Shes still not awake but shes going to make it." I sighed in relief as her mom stood up and hugged the doctor. It definitely caught him off guard but M/N (mom name) was a hugger. I little bit after the doctor left a nurse stuck her head through the door and nodded at us, so we knew to follow her back to the room. The five of us quickly got up and followed the nurse to the room. Everyone else went into the room and over to Y/N's bed, but for some reason I just couldnt. Its like was frozen, just starring from the door. G/BSF came over to me.
"C/N? You good?" he tapped my shoulder, taking me out of my trance.
"Oh, yeah i'm fine," he nodded and we walked into the room. Seeing Y/N like this made me feel so bad. Just when she had a common cold I felt so bad, and now her life was on the line. I sat in the big chair right next her bed all night, even after her parents and G/BSF left. BSF/N stayed so i didnt have to leave Y/N once. I woke up the next morning to a nurse coming in to check on Y/N.
"Anything happen last night?" the nurse asked.
"No," i sighed. The nurse nodded and checked to make sure everything was good. BSF/N was still asleep on the small couch by the window. About an hour later she woke up.
"Morning C/N," she yawned, "Did i miss anything?"
"Nope," i frowned.
"She'll be fine in the end and ev-" she was cut off by the one machine beeping like crazy and then a bunch of nurses came running in with the doctor behind them.
"Whats going on?" I questioned as they started to crowd around Y/N. There was no answer due to the fact they were focusing on her, which was fine with me, Y/N is more important then a question. I looked at BSF/N in fear. A few minutes later the commotion stopped and all the nurses, except for her main nurse, left the room. As the nurse typed on the computer the doctor explained that he didnt know how Y/N would be unconscious but that she'd definitely make it.
"Is there at least an estimated time!?" BSF/N started to argue.
"No, it could be ten more minutes or ten more days," he explained. BSF/N continued to question him but I blocked it out. I looked at Y/N and carefully held her hand. I whispered 'please be okay' in her ear in hopes she could hear, though she most likely couldnt. I rest my head on the bed next to her. All day I sat there with her as nurses, the doctor, and more of her friends and family came in and out of the room all day. BSF/N couldnt stay again tonight so G/BSF did instead. Around 12:30 AM I fell asleep and so did G/BSF. A few hours later I was woken up by Y/N's hand moving out of mine.
"Y/N?" I whispered.
"Where am I?" she loudly spoke, waking
G/BSF.
"Babe we're in the hospital," i explained, "You over dosed.
"Im so sorry" she yelled as she started to cry. G/BSF got up and came over to the bed.
"Y/N calm down in 3 in the morning," he whispered.
"And theres no reason to be sorry, at least your safe now," i reassured her rubbing the back of her hand. The door opened and the light flicked on as the doctor walked in.
"Shes awake!" he walked over to us, "Hello
Y/N, Im Doctor Matthews."
"Thank you," Y/N smiled.
"Now we'll have to keep you here for a few more days but after that you'll be able to go home," the doctor explained, "Now I think i should leave you three alone, it is 3 AM." He quickly left.
"C/N have you been here the whole time? And how long has it been?" Y/N asked me.
"Yes, I have, and its only been like 30 hours."
"Im going back to sleep yall goodnight,"
G/BSF said as he face-planted back onto the small couch. Me and Y/N laughed.
"Come on," she said as she scooted over and patted the bed next to her. I got up and layed next to her.
"Thank you for staying with me, even if i was out the whole time."
"What do you think I'd be able to go back home with you here like that?" the two of us laughed and i kissed her cheek.
"So after I can go home whos moving to whos apartment," she said as she cuddled up next to me.
"I guess we'll go to yours cause mines trash and you just spent all the money on yours," I kissed her again and we laughed. We slowly fell asleep in each others arms.

So sorry for the sad one but ive been listen to a lot of sad songs recently and I had severe depression most of my life. this is in no way supposed to make fun of depression and/or sucide.
